Nestled just a few blocks north of the iconic 30A, Puka o ka Lani is a three-bedroom haven that provides ultimate relaxation. As you enter, you’ll immediately feel the calming energy that the name evokes. With a wrap-around porch accessible from every bedroom, you’ll have the perfect view of the surrounding natural beauty, letting in the refreshing sea breeze and basking in the tranquility that only this slice of paradise can offer.

The house offers modern comforts combined with timeless style. The fully remodeled kitchen is a chef’s dream, featuring high-end finishes and a powerful gas stove. The spacious living room, with a 60-inch smart TV, invites you to unwind with family and friends after a day exploring the nearby beaches.

The master suite provides the perfect sanctuary for rest and rejuvenation. With a heavenly king-sized bed, a private porch, and a luxurious ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, double vanity, and a Jacuzzi tub, it’s the ideal space to unwind after a day in the sun.

As you step outside, the backyard beckons with a private, heated pool surrounded by lush landscaping, providing ultimate privacy. The atmosphere is so peaceful and rejuvenating that it’s impossible not to feel like you’ve stepped into a “Window to Heaven.”

• Heated Pool: If you’d like to heat the pool during your stay, please note there is an additional daily charge and we require 72 hours advance notice to make arrangements and allow sufficient time for the pool to warm up. This can be arranged once your booking is confirmed, so feel free to reach out to us if you’re interested!
• No Pets Allowed: While we love pets, Puka o ka Lani is a pet-free property to maintain its pristine condition and comfort for all guests.
• Quiet Hours: Please respect the neighborhood and other guests by keeping noise to a minimum, especially between 10 PM and 8 AM.

The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Please note that we do not provide additional cleaning or housekeeping services during your stay. Detailed checkout instructions can be found in the StellarDweller reservation portal, which was sent to you on your booking date.
• Pool Use: The pool is heated during certain times of the year (with prior arrangement) and is available for your enjoyment. Please be mindful of the pool rules and safety guidelines provided at the property.
• Parking: We offer ample parking space in the driveway for up to 2 vehicles. If you need more parking space, feel free to message us for advice on nearby options.
• Outdoor Security Cameras: For your safety and security, there are outdoor security cameras located around the property. These are only used for monitoring the exterior of the house and ensuring guest safety.
• Trash and Recycling: Please place all trash in the provided bins. Recycling is available, so please separate your recyclables if possible. Check the House Manual for the dumpster location.
• Stairs and Access: The home is all on one level except for the master bedroom which has access to the private porch. Be mindful of the steps on the stairs that lead to the rooftop deck.
• Wi-Fi and Entertainment: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, along with a 60” Smart TV in the living room and bedrooms. You’ll have access to streaming services like Netflix, Hulu, and more! Bring your login info for a personalized experience.
• Shopping and Dining: You’re just a few minutes from some of the best dining and shopping along 30A. Seaside, Watercolor, and Grayton Beach offer great options for both casual bites and fine dining. Don’t forget to visit Red Bar, Louie Louie, Old Florida Fish House and Chancicleer nearby!
• Beach Access: The San Juan Beach Access is only a few minutes’ walk away – perfect for sunbathing, picnicking, or dipping your toes in the sand. The beach is family-friendly, so feel free to pack a beach bag and enjoy a relaxing day at the beach!

For your comfort and peace of mind, our property is equipped with a Minut Smart Home Sensor. This small device monitors noise levels, temperature, humidity, and motion near the entry to help ensure a safe, comfortable stay for everyone

LOCALS: Locals must communicate with the host before booking.

CHECK-IN: Check-in time is 4pm or after (unless early check-in is paid and confirmed). Please confirm with the host before booking using the Airbnb app messenger if early check-in is required. If early check-in is possible, the Guest agrees to pay a $50 early check-in fee.

LINENS/SUPPLIES: The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided, you have the option to use the the washer/dryer provided (if the property includes in unit) or you can use the community laundry to clean linens which is normally coined check the house manual for codes. Consumables have already been provided for the duration of your stay. *BED LINENS ARE NOT PROVIDED FOR COUCH OR SOFA BEDS, IF YOU NEED LINENS THEY CAN BE DELIVERED BEFORE 5PM (as long as the request is accepted) EXTRA LINENS ARE $25 EXTRA PER SET*

CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is 11am. For the cleaner to have time to prepare for the next guest properly, we ask that guests have checked out by this time. Guests are to leave keys as required in the House Manual. Check-out is defined as all guests and personal property being entirely off of the property with keys in the required location. The guest agrees to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time.

If late check-out is required, please confirm with the host prior to booking using the Airbnb app messenger. If late check-out is approved by the host, the Guest agrees to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay.

PROPERTIES WITH STAIRS: Please use rails when using stairs, no running, or horseplay, children will need to be accompanied when using stairs, if there are any hazards please report them before using stairs.

PROPERTIES WITH BACKYARD/FRONT YARD: The yards are on a maintenance schedule however, there can be hazards like glass, cacti, sand spurs, construction debris, etc placed that has not been acknowledged. Please wear shoes and watch where you step. Please check yard for pets.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANTS: Only the specific number of guests noted in the booking are allowed on premises unless approved in writing by the host/manager. If Guest exceeds the occupancy noted in the reservation, all guests and/or visitors to the Property will be immediately evicted without refund for unused days remaining. Guest also agrees to pay a charge of $20 per person/ per day for every visitor not identified by Guest in the reservation.

AGE: You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking to reserve this Property. Guest confirms that he/she is older than 18.

SHOES: Guests shall remove shoes when inside the home.

SMOKING FEE: Guest agrees to pay a $500 smoke Damage Cleaning Fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered by host/manager or cleaning crew after guest checks out. This fee will cover costs to remove odors from the home, and lost revenue during cleaning.

PETS: Pets are NOT allowed at this property.

EVENTS/ VENDORS: No Events. Any vendors entering the Property are prohibited.

REPORTING DAMAGE: The guest agrees to keep the Property in the same condition throughout their stay. Any damage to furnishings, fixtures, furniture, or other notable conditions found upon arrival will be reported to the Host/Manager within one (1) hour of Occupancy. If guest fails to address these issues within (1) hour they forfeit the right to request a refund, as the guest did not allow the host an opportunity to correct issues. Host will attempt to correct issue, and if it's not correct the guest will have an option to move to another property suggested by host and if the host is unable to provide alternative housing, airbnb will assist.

HAZARDS: It's the guests responsibility to report hazardous items to avoid an accident (Water spills, Brokens steps/Rails etc)

CHILDREN: We do not child-proof any of our units. There may be chemicals in reach, outlets are not covered, dressers and stands are not mounted to the wall. It's the parents responsibility to child-proof anything that may cause harm to your child.
