ABOUT THE HOME:

Sandy Smiles is a beautifully designed coastal contemporary home that's within walking distance to 30A beaches and restaurants. This four-bedroom open concept designed home has a bedroom on the first floor, and three more upstairs, making it ideal for a multi-generational getaway on 30A. The expansive kitchen is equipped with everything you will need in your home away from home. And there's plenty of room to enjoy a meal around the large high top dining table that seats eight and additional seating for four at the kitchen island.

Enjoy your evening beverage while rocking on the front porch or dine alfresco on the peaceful back patio.

ABOUT THE AREA:
Seagrove is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Watersound, it offers an array of public beach accesses and great restaurants. You'll find restaurants and shops within walking distance, and a quick bike ride will land you in Seaside, a well-known 30A spot with farmers markets, shops, restaurants, and local food trucks to fill your entire party's needs. Take a quick bike ride east in the opposite direction, and you can find yourself at the Big Chill, a popular outdoor space filled with restaurants, outdoor games, and big screen TVs to watch any sporting event your heart desires. 30A is located in between the beach and a 15,000-acre forest that is filled with hiking trails and off-road trails, for those that want to skip the beach or want a different experience. From long walks on the beach, to taking Jeeps off road, 30a has everything you and your guests will need to enjoy a great beach get away.

30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida’s famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you’ll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Home Truths:
- Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.

Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.

Our happy place

It was a wonderful vacation! Have 2 minor suggestions. They need to fix the outdoor grill. Seems to be leaking. Also, the home needs one large pot and a few mixing bowls. Other than that, it was perfect for my family!!

Business run by "neurotic attorneys"

Ignore "female-run" being prominently and repeatedly posted throughout the ad.... Probably to give an impression of a personal attention and experience. Nothing can be further from truth. I encountered another company there "30a Beach Boys" (I assume run by the same corporation as this "30 Beach Girls") and they are all run by neurotic attorneys that send you all kind of emails and texts written to sound very legal and repeatedly warning you about consequences of not following their terms (for example, repeatedly warning about how we would get charged full day's fee if we showed up at the property before 4pm). Our experience became stressful and unpleasant even before we got there. Don't expect any responses to calls or call-backs. Their voicemail always states "it's busy season" whether it's Dec, Jan, or March. We had to involve VRBO customer service to finally able to talk to someone in February. They only showed up once when a toilet clogged. There was stair trim broken that made it very dangerous for someone to walk barefoot (sharp edge) and we notified them but it was never addressed. There was a water leak from the second floor (some pipe?) but nobody bothered to come Washing machine stopped working and nobody came to look at it. We had mailed something to the property (last minute Amazon shopping) and contacted the host multiple times about pick up (it went to their mailbox) but the host didn't help to get it. Not enough space to describe it all...
