Inside, a foyer opens to four bedrooms on the first floor. The first is a king primary suite, complete with a private ensuite bathroom, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and a dresser. The king room opens to the front, wrap-around porch with an outdoor swing- a sweet place to chill and take in the great outdoors. The second bedroom is a queen room, featuring a flat-screen TV, dresser, and its ensuite bath with a walk-in shower and single vanity. The third bedroom, also a queen, shares a full hall bath with a single vanity and a tub/shower combo, near the fourth bedroom, also featuring a queen bed.

Head upstairs to the renovated, open, airy, second level, which boasts an open-concept layout with vaulted ceilings. A tasteful, modern, fully equipped kitchen offers bar seating for four and stainless steel appliances. Next to the kitchen, a dining table for seven provides a lovely space for family meals, next to a smaller table for the kids, and an additional seating area for two. An open, coastal living area, with comfortable slipcovered seating and a flat-screen TV, opens onto a large private balcony furnished with a bench swing and dining table for four.
