At Your Leisure® located on Leisure Lane in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida is a stunning, newly constructed South Walton vacation rental that sleeps 14. This brand new luxurious six-bedroom, five-bathroom vacation home has a secluded private pool that can be heated, an outdoor grill and dining area, and an elevator that accesses all floors. Artistic flair abounds throughout the décor, reflecting with the artistic nature of the South Walton/30-A scene. Comfortable seating areas, a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast bar, and a dining area all combine to create an atmosphere conducive to relaxing and engaging in lots of fun activities.

In this newly built stunner color meets classic lines in modern cheery décor creating the perfect environment for relaxing and entertaining. Gather round the chef's kitchen or spill on over to the comfy living area. "At Your Leisure" says bring the entire family. The inviting gourmet kitchen for the chef in the group including a high-end stainless steel Viking appliances with a six burner gas stove, gorgeous marble countertops and bar seating for five. The adjacent dining area has a large table for gathering with seating for up to eight. or sneak away to privacy in four additional bedrooms on the third floor.

This Florida beach getaway is adjacent to the Gulf Place entertainment district, near the popular Shunk Gulley restaurant, and 30A's widest public beach access at Ed Walline Park. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Free Beach Service provided by Coastal Beach Service, contact them to reserve additional sets if needed. You can also rent bikes and other beach gear with Emerald Coast Beach Service.

This home comes with 2 parking spaces.

There are several pool towels provided for your stay but must remain in the vacation rental and not be taken home.

For safety and security, this vacation rental home is equipped with external door camera on front door.

There is a private elevator on site for your use. You must abide the rules in the rental agreement to use the elevator.

This pool can be heated between October- April for a fee upon request to our office. There is an additional charge for heating requests within 48 hours of check-in.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.
