Beautiful coastal décor in this open concept home with designer touches and a fully stocked and upgraded gathering kitchen featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, built in microwave, large sink, breakfast bar with 3 barstools, and more! There is also a dining room with table that leads to the living room and another dining table on the back porch!

The private pool at the home is great! The back porch has a gas grill and dining table, and leads to the stone pool deck with shaded and unshaded seating areas with comfortable chairs and couches, and cornhole boards for your enjoyment!

The spacious and cozy living room with 65" HD flat screen TV is a great space for relaxing or watching the “big” game. Enjoy this hub around the gourmet kitchen and extra seating for family meals, hanging out, entertaining or playing board games! Also enjoy a charming front porch with swings to relax and sip your favorite beverage or a side porch to enjoy your morning cup of joe or an after-dinner drink.

There is also another porch off the master bedroom on the second floor!

HD flat screen Smart TVs for you to access your own Netflix, Hulu or Amazon prime accounts are in every bedroom, and there are board games for you to enjoy!

The driveway accommodates private parking for 3 vehicles in addition to the LSV/golf cart. An umbrella, 4+ beach chairs and beach toys are available for your use if you wish!

The neighborhood has a quiet, secluded feeling, yet you are steps from the pool area, and can easily bike to the beach, and several eateries!

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS (Sleeps 12 Guests):

FIRST FLOOR
-Bedroom 1: Queen bedroom + full bathroom with shower (sleeps 2)

SECOND FLOOR
-Bedroom 2: Master bedroom with King bed + Queen-sized sleeper sofa + en suite bathroom with shower (sleeps 4)
-Bedroom 3: Bunk room with one set of Full-over-Full bunks + en-suite bathroom with tub/shower combination (sleeps 4)

THIRD FLOOR
-Bedroom 4: Queen bedroom (sleeps 2)

Guest access

Walk to Blue Mountain Beach area and visit two other public beach access points in the coveted Blue Mountain Beach area off of 30A - all with parking, restrooms, lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm, and walking distance to restaurants! Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), access by Goatfeathers on 30A and access by the Blue Mountain Creamery (right off the beach access road)! The Blue Mountain beach access (best beach in the panhandle) is less than 0.5 miles from the home and has 2 lifeguards on duty daily from 10 AM - 6 PM! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and relatively quiet and private public areas!

Also enjoy access to the great neighborhood pool area in this quiet, no-through-traffic neighborhood!

Other things to note

-Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size.
-Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in may be subject to another day's rental fees.
-Smoking is strictly prohibited.
-All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
-LSV/golf cart is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV/golf cart battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
-Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
-Pool can be cooled for $50/night June 1st - August 31st for the duration of your stay upon request..
-Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay
-Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
-Southern Holiday Homes can not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by LSV/golf cart, bikes, or other amenities provided to guests.
