  • As vistas brilhantes do golfo neste condomínio elegante à beira-mar são incríveis. A localização direta da praia é excelente e contribui para um refúgio de praia definitivo. Caminhe para restaurantes, lojas, bares e sorvetes e a grande piscina fica a poucos passos de distância. Este é o refúgio perfeito à beira-mar para uma ou duas famílias grandes. A cozinha e a sala da família estão no piso principal, bem como uma varanda com vistas deslumbrantes. O grande quarto principal fica no 3º andar com vistas deslumbrantes da praia e da água e também tem uma área de estar serena. Há também um quarto de hóspedes da rainha no 3º andar. Beautiful location. Would totally stay here again. Just note the lower floor bedrooms are connected with the bathroom at the end, so this worked great for our family with 4 kids but might be trickier to split if you had extra couples.

Great location on the beach. You can see the beach/ocean from the third floor master bedroom. View from 2nd floor balcony is blocked by sand dune. Lots of sand toys. There are several well-used beach chairs. Unit was clean and kitchen was well stocked. The host was great and always responded quickly to any questions. Pool was great and was nice to enjoy after a day on the beach.

Perfect for our family vacay

Property was exactly as listed, the view from the master bedroom is unbeatable! Restaurants, shops, and Ice cream within walking distance. Our family of 10 fit comfortably and had a great time.

What a perfect spot to spend a week in mid April. The townhouse was the perfect configuration for our family of six all grown-ups. The walkways to the beach and the pool were so convenient that we used them every day. The bins of beach chairs, and some toys was appreciated. The kitchen had all of the equipment we needed for the few meals that we did cook while we were there. Walking distance into Santa Rosa Beach was ideal. It took some of us eight minutes and some of us 12 minutes depending on if we went by the sidewalk or the beach.

Highly recommend this unit. Perfect location to Beech and Pool, quick walk to shops and restaurants. Equipped kitchen. Perfect for a large family. Will definitely book again in the future!

The pictures of how big the house was a bit deceiving. The rooms could have been a little cleaner. The beach was the best part.

Good beach townhouse

Great area. Quick access to beach. You DO have to access the back porch/beach access by walking THROUGH 2 bedrooms on the ground floor (no hallway). The teens didn’t love that, but overall clean and freshly updated space.

Love this townhouse!

We enjoyed our stay at Sea U There very much. It was very clean and comfortable. The first floor bedrooms, which are connected, worked out fine for us. We had 5 adults and 2 small children, so plenty of room. We enjoy being directly on the beach. We appreciated the beach chairs and toys. Thank you for everything!

Beautiful convenient location

This is our second time staying at sea haunts and this unit in particular was perfect for two families. The beach and pool access was easy and the kids enjoyed going back and forth. The kitchen was well stocked and very clean. The second floor balcony had amazing views. The beach chairs and toys came in handy as well. Only one issue we had was parking on the last day. This was a great vacation and we did not want to leave!

Great property

We’ve rented other townhouses in the complex this one is our favorite. Very clean with everything you need. Can’t beat the proximity to pool and ocean. Some reviews didn’t like the basement layout because you have to walk through a bedroom to get to a bathroom. Other units just have the basement open I like that it was closed off into two rooms. Perfect for kids that want to stay together but want a little space on the trip. Will stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) recently spent our vacation at Sea U There. The property manager, Kim, was very helpful and communicative in advance of our stay. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of space for all of us and while there are quite a few stairs over the three levels, we liked having the separate spaces for everyone. Gorgeous views of the ocean from the back deck and third floor bedroom. Very close to the beach and we loved it being private, surrounded by only large homes on either side. We found Santa Rosa to be much less congested than other beaches but still very drivable to the best restaurants and activities. Highly recommend!

The deck of the kitchen was a relaxing spot for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The location is walking distance to several restaurants and bars. The beach walkover is convenient and has a bench for those that just want to enjoy the view with out going down the stairs to the sand.

There was a significant leak in the shower and I did let property Mgr. Know right away and she said she was aware and thought it was fixed. It was my understanding they would reach out to repairman and have him go back but no one ever came. The grill was filthy. It was covered in grease and the grease trap was overflowing. We did the best we could to empty it but it’s now a safety issue and someone really needs to inspect it and clean it. Location is awesome and there was plenty of room for our family of 7.

I’d go again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great...good view and quick access to the beach. We were able to have a bonfire on the beach very close to our Unit. The management company was great. They let us know promptly about a change of an access code. We had a broken coffee pot and when I told them that we had purchased a replacement, they promptly reimbursed me within minutes of sending them the receipt. The kitchen was fairly well equipped. Appliances were fairly new. The decor was beautiful and relaxing. The one thing that We did not like was that the access to the second downstairs bedroom and bathroom was through another bedroom. It was ok for our stay but could be a problem for a group of multiple couples.
