Beautiful updated condo. Very clean, awesome views. Quiet, family oriented. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely return. Easy access to beach. Our family had a great time!!! Nice size swimming pool.

Beautiful condo. The AC needs to be tuned up, and the washing machine needs to be upgraded but all in all a great condo.

203 Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location right on the gulf with perfect access to the beach. The property interior was a little outdated, but clean. Unfortunately, the AC broke down our first night, but the maintenance response was great the next morning. Everything was fixed by the time we arrived back at the place in the afternoon and the AC was great for the remainder of our stay. I would suggest that the owner of the property invest in some better cutlery and utensils in the kitchen, for the knives were dull and pretty useless. Also, the pool area could be attended to a bit better...for each day the patio cushions were dispersed all over the pool area...they should be replaced each morning by the staff, and the furniture rearranged to take on a new day. All in all, the Benchmark staff was was extremely attentive to our requests...we'd come back again.

The convenience to the pool and gulf is perfect when visiting with pre-schoolers in tow. Fully equipped kitchen and plenty of towels, soap, and extras for all. Highly recommend!

Negatives: Nothing serious about which to complain. Unit is a bit cozy for the price. You won't find salt, pepper, or sugar in the kitchen; hence, bring your own. Saw no sheets for the foldout couch; so, we retrieved a set from the mgr's office. Upon unfolding the couch, we found dirty sheets were still on its mattress. Screened door fell off when we attempted to use it. Not especially happy with the 1000 checkout, given that check-in is at 1600. Pool is small and circular, so yuh can't lap swim. Positives: An updated, nicely appointed unit. A smaller building with no crowds or rowdy guests. Definitely an excellent Family oriented choice. The included beach set-up is a plus, and I like the trash chute left of the elevator.

Lovely condo in a great location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is updated and in a good location (walking distance to Cafe 30-A) and about 1.5 miles from the Seaside shops and restaurants. You do have to get out early to get the beach chairs that are included due to how the beach service works. The condo is on the second floor and right above the pool. We didn’t have any noise issues, however.
