Petes Retreat 2 Bed 2 And Half Bath Beachfront Sleeps 6

Right on the Water! Huge Deck! Completely Renovated!

While you will do most of your living on the huge deck overlooking the Gulf (or maybe dangling your toes in the water!), the main floor has recently been completely renovated with all new kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, rugs - everything!! The main floor includes a living area, dining table, 1/2 bath, and kitchen. The deck has a teak table that comfortably sits 6, large shade umbrella and grill.

On the second level everything is new as well! The Master bedroom opens to its own private deck overlooking the ocean. The Master has a king bed and private bathroom with double vanities. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds and its own private bathroom.

The town home has access to both Summer's Edge Pools - one of which is heated year round, and both of which are just a few hundred feet away.

Ramsgate is conveniently located on a quiet cul de sac about 2 miles from Seaside and 6 miles from Rosemary Beach, both of which have fun shopping and dining choices. If you are here you know the Emerald Coast was just voted one of the Top 5 Beaches in the US.

If you are there between March 1st through October 31st you also receive a free beach set up of two chairs and one umbrella.

Absolutely love this property and proximity to beach and pool. It was beautiful and very well kept. The deck was perfect and we enjoyed sitting outside and watching the ocean! We would definitely stay again. It can get warm upstairs as there is only one unit for both levels. There was one fan provided but we purchased a second!!

We were satisfied with our stay. It was stocked with all the essentials needed and beautifully decorated. The best part was being right on the beach. The daily front row beach chairs that were included was also an added bonus. The beach was crowded and it was nice knowing we would have front row. We did have trouble working the tv the first day and Kristie had someone out to fix it really quickly. That was impressive. Some of the outdoor furniture was damaged and not usable. The owners were very considerate and compensated us for our inconvenience.

Love this property!

We have stayed at Pete’s Retreat many times. The location on the beach cannot be beat! I noticed the condo needs some attention, minor things such as dishwasher rack needs to be repaired, most hand soap dispensers at sinks are empty, garage light above car is out, towel bar in master bath is not secure…Just small things. I hope the owners addresses the details. It is a great property!Also I mistakenly left a few items that have yet to be returned to me although the property manager said she is sending them.

Perfect spot for the family

We had a great trip and the location of this condo couldn’t be better! Close to everything, but not in the middle of the it, which was the perfect blend for our family. We loved being able to walk right out to the beach. The beach chairs were waiting for us every morning by 7:30 and we utilized them every day, first and last off the beach. We fished every day and had lots of luck catching pompano! Highly recommend this home!

Fall getaway

Love staying at this townhouse on the beach, particularly in the fall. Unit is well equipped and so well located. Watching sun rise and sun sets are amazing!

Right on the beach!

Great property right on the beach.! We have stayed in the townhouse several times and it never disappoints. Owners are very accommodating and easy to work with. It’s hard to find properties like this that are right on beach without being a high rise or very expensive. Already booked next trip here.

Perfect for a young family

We could go on and on about our stay. Absolutely loved the proximity to the beach, beach chair/umbrella set up was super clutch, and access to two pools (especially for the littles). The house was super clean and updated. Great proximity to restaurants and shops. Can't wait to return.

Perfect property-NIGHTMARE PROPERTY OWNER/MANAGER

The condo is perfect. Location is perfect. We have rented it for years and it is home away from home. Until this year when new owners took over. We had a misunderstanding upon check out, which was my fault, but was resolved. If you like to walk on eggshells inside, and spend your last night diligently cleaning the place only to be told (with no pics or proof) you trashed the place, smeared food in the beds, loaded up the condo in sand and brought a pet ( when you didn't) this is the place for you. If you choose this place I recommend you take pics of the condition of the unit when you leave.

Ramsgate never disappoints

The condo was even better than expected. We have stayed in other ramsgate condos before so we knew our stay would be enjoyable. The condo was spotless, well stocked with kitchen gadgets and dry goods, cleaning supplies, etc. Bathrooms had plenty of towels and toilet paper. Washer dryer had detergent and dryer sheets. There were even beach towels. Storage was full of beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, etc but with free beach service, we didn’t need it. But location is the real draw. Right on beach! Only con-and this is simply a sign of the times- nearby public beach access points were closed making our access very popular, thus our little slice of the beach unusually crowded. We enjoyed the crowd but opinions on this vary, especially these days. David and Cindy are gracious hosts. We will be back next year!
