The main level features an inviting living area with a sleeper sofa, comfortable couch, TV, and a cozy bistro dining table. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas cooktop, refrigerator, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. A powder room is also located on the first floor for added convenience.

A spiral staircase leads to the second-floor king bedroom, creating a cozy and private retreat. The upstairs suite includes a king bed, TV, a stacked washer and dryer located in the bedroom closet, and a bathroom with a single vanity and glass walk-in shower. Double doors open to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the coastal breeze and relaxing after a day at the beach.

Guests staying at Gulfbreeze have dedicated parking located in front of the carriage house near the gravel area. Please note that the main driveway is reserved for guests staying in the primary Gulfview home.
