There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. There are additional free parking areas throughout the community.

BEACH ACCESS:

The NatureWalk community boasts a private scenic pathway through nature preserves leading to the beach. The Lilly Lane Beach Trail located near 'The Gathering Place' ends at the San Juan Avenue public beach access, about 1 mile away. The best way to get there is to use the provided bikes!

Pet friendly upon approval. Please inquire for non-refundable pet fee based on breed and size. 
Please note the neighborhood and management team enforces quiet hours after 10pm, and be mindful of noise levels to respect the surrounding residents/guests.
Minimum age of renters is 25 otherwise must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for every 3 guest under 25. Failure to comply with this can result in being asked to leave the property (no refunds).
Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
No pets and no smoking allowed on the premises.
Rates, availability and minimum stay requirements are subject to change without notice at Southern Holiday Homes' sole discretion.
Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM.  Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
Maximum occupancy is enforced.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
Please note nightly minimums are typically longer over weekend stays and holidays.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.
