Ocean Air is a beachfront duplex divided into 4 units. Each unit has a panoramic view of the beach with a private beachfront deck. Each unit has a full kitchen, living room, dining room and has two king bedrooms and two full bathrooms all of which are completely private. The units have a Lovesac sectional that functions as a sleeper and a large Lovesac beanbag that can easily sleep one. All the units are connected through an interior stairway, making multiple unit rentals perfect for family reunions and weddings. Located directly on the beach and south of Hwy 30A, these newly renovated units include features like upscale stainless steel appliances and granite surfaces, new bathrooms, full smart home integrations including, swivel from ceiling jumbo TV mounts, and smart audio devices! Each unit features reverse-osmosis water purification systems to refill your bottles and save our beach from un-needed plastic. The living room is decorated with furniture including a jumbo Lovesac beanbag chair placed in front of the picture windows.

The most prominent feature of this location is the private beach. Ocean Air 30A boasts of 70’ of private beach, giving each beach chair set a direct ocean view without outside interference. Each unit is guaranteed one set of chairs and an umbrella with the Ocean Air-logo. Additional chair sets are available for an additional fee.

Our Property is having some exterior work done at the moment including siding and deck upgrades. We are doing all of the upgrades ourselves and making sure to keep the guest experience and stay as our upmost priority. You will see some work being done to the property while you are with us, but your unit and view are immaculate and all major renovations have been completed. If you have any issues at all we will strive to correct them immediately!

Off the main living area of each unit is a private beachfront covered deck. The Trex cocktail tables and chairs are perfect for having lunch overlooking the sand or for evening cocktails. Each deck connects to the private beach walkover. The walkover includes two large reading nooks overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Evening sunsets are spectacular from this perch, as are the morning sunrises. Many beautiful beach photographs have been taken from there. Weekly rentals include use of our paddle boards and kayaks, and brand new beach bicycles (first come first served). Gas grills are also provided in the front of the house.

Our extra-large parking area affords our renters with a minimum of two parking spaces each.

Dog friendly ***a non-refundable pet deposit is required***

Dogs are accepted with an additional $375 cleaning fee and must be disclosed prior to arrival.

On the BEACH!

This quadplex is right on the beach, just a short walk down a few steps and you are on the beautiful white sand. The apartment was clean and basically equipped, but in agreement with our neighbor, we were there for the beach. There are numerous steps up to get to the apartment, but that wasn't an issue for us either. The view was wonderful; we even saw dolphins one day. Most days we ate a couple of meals on the deck, which had a comfortable Trex high table and chairs. One bathroom was nicely updated and apparently other one was the next project, along with redoing the interior stairs. Living room furniture was comfy. Master bed was good (after we removed a squishy mattress pad). My husband and I had a wonderful vacation!

Perfect couples offseason getaway

Nice comfortable getaway place. We enjoyed the location as every thing we needed was close by. It was nice to be right in the beach. Condo was well equipped for us. We were thankful it was off season as it was still a bit crowded in October. It’s right next to a large complex and public access. I would go agin.

Great location on a beautiful beach!

Overall amazing stay! Would totally stay here again. Our only complaint was the master bath has some issues (doesn’t drain or close well) & the last night we lost our wifi(maybe from storms). Otherwise you can’t beat the view or super easy access to the beach!! Also Friendly staff, we didn’t have a broom when we got there, but called and the brought one right over.

Awesome location!!

The property was in a fabulous location. The private beach meant that it wasn't packed, which was very nice. The unit wasn't the most updated, but we weren't there for the inside, we were there for the outside. The ability to go down the back steps straight to the beach was the reason we loved it. The only recommendation we had was that whoever cleans the unit needs to do the windows and the glass on the deck rail. We had to clean them ourselves, to get the view from inside. It made the view 100% better!!

Great location but.......

Home was located in a wonderful area. However, the toilet in the main bathroom would not flush without removing the lid on the tank to manually flush it. There was not a dust pan to use when sweeping the house, and the kitchen was not well stocked with pots or pans. Also, no one had cleaned out the lint catcher in the dryer in a while. It was full of sand and some of the sand had spilled over into the dryer. The thermostat also had a code on it that we were not privy too. So, you could not turn the air up or down!

Great Place for the Money

Perfect location, set up, and size for my family of 4! The only two things I'd note is pack as light as possible due to it being 39 steep stairs to get in....yes I counted :). #2 Do bring a box of clorox wipes for the kitchen surfaces. The vital parts(sink, toilets, showers, bedding) were very clean but the countertops were missed. The unit is dated and could use a facelift but all in all no complaints. Also bring extra soap, toilet paper, trash bags, and laundry detergent. It states it in the paperwork and you will need it all. I would definitely rent again given the opportunity.

The view was great! But some maintenance needed in the condo.

Great view. We would go back just for that. A little disappointed with the state of the condo though. Blinds were duct taped, washer and dryer didn’t work very well, the remotes were missing, TV didn’t work in the bedroom, the sheets were scratchy, and there was very little in the kitchen (one pan, no pizza cutter, etc)

Great location on the beach!

Great area very accessible to restaurants, groceries, coffee shops. Beautiful location on the beach. We had a very pleasant stay.
