This classic cottage sleeps up to eight guests and offers an unbeatable location just 176 yards (about a 3-minute walk) to the beach and a short 7-minute stroll to Seaside’s Central Square, where shops and restaurants are right at your fingertips. Situated along Robert’s Way and backing up to Rosewalk Park, Bridgeport offers a peaceful setting with easy access to everything Seaside is known for.

Rosewalk Park, located just behind the home, is one of Seaside’s hidden gems, with sandy footpaths and shaded green space that create a quiet escape for both kids and adults. The home’s screened rear porch overlooks the park and features bar-top seating for two and a porch swing—an ideal spot for morning coffee or winding down in the evening.

Inside, the first level features an open living area with comfortable seating and a flatscreen TV, creating a relaxed space to gather after a day at the beach. The kitchen sits just off the living area and includes bar-top seating for four, offering a simple and functional space for casual meals and conversation. This level also includes two bedrooms. The queen bedroom features natural light, a flatscreen TV, storage space, and a private ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower. The second bedroom includes a bunk bed that sleeps two, along with a window seat, closet space, and a loft area accessed by a ship’s ladder. A nearby full bathroom with a single vanity and shower serves this space.

Upstairs, a second living area provides additional room to relax, with a sofa and cushioned seating. Just off this space is a private sleeping nook with a full bed, accommodating two more guests. The upper-level balcony offers Adirondack-style seating for two and overlooks the quiet park setting—an easy place to enjoy the coastal breeze.
