The house also comes with 4 bikes, 6 beach chairs, an umbrella and beach towels.

The best part is that you can walk/bike/LSV to the beach in mere moments and be right in the mix of the areas best restaurants, shops, and events!  Have a nature lover in your crew?  This home is perfectly situated steps away from the Timpoochee Bike Trail and and the Trailhead to Point Washington's Long Leaf Pine Trail.

We also manage 2 homes on the same street as this one if you have a big group and want to stay close! They are Blue Pearl Haven (111 Walnut- 6 bedrooms) and Blue Oasis (145 Walnut- 6 bedrooms). Based on availability, these homes can be rented out at the same time.

FIRST FLOOR

Master Bedroom 1: King bed, en suite bathroom with double vanities and large glass shower
Guest Bedroom 1: Queen bed, hall bathroom with shower/tub combination
Flex Room: Queen sleeper sofa
Living Room: Air mattress

SECOND FLOOR:

Master Bedroom 2: King bed, shared bathroom with double vanities and large glass shower, and private porch access
Guest Bedroom 2: Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds (sleeps 4), shared bathroom with double vanities and large glass shower

There is also a pack n' play provided at no charge.

Guest access

Located in such a great area of Blue Mountain Beach! One of the most coveted beach access points with restrooms + lifeguards in season from 10 am - 6 pm is just a couple blocks down the street! It is known for its pristine white sand beach and quiet feel. Enjoy convenient access to Gulf Place Beach (and the fun shopping area there), and another convenient public beach access by Goatfeathers on 30A.

WALKING distance to the beach, Local Catch, Goatfeathers Seafood & Market, and more!

Scenic Highway 30A's best restaurants nearby include Blue Mabel (walking distance), Shunk Gulley's Oyster Bar, Goatfeathers, Perfect Pig, Stinky's, Local Catch, Pizza by the Sea, The Vue 30A, Red Bar, Blue Mountain Creamery + Charlie's Donuts, Redfish Village (a great taco joint), and the new Mimmo's 30A!

Also less than a half mile to Point Washington State Forest with trails galore! Great biking all around.

Other things to note

Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 10:00 AM. Late check out / early check in will be subject to another day's rental fees.
Smoking is strictly prohibited.
All renters must be over 25 years of age, or if under age 25 must be accompanied by a parent/legal guardian.
LSV is not to be driven past the town of Seaside to the East or past Stinky's restaurant to the West. Resolving any issue from the LSV battery dying because of the renters not charging it will be charged to the renters.
Pool heating must be for the full duration of your stay and must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on. Pool heating cost is $50/night of your reservation and is available October 1 - April 30.
We provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay.
Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters. Guests will be held liable for any damages to LSV.
