Please note our age requirement policy: One (1) parent or guardian over the age of 25 be present and staying in the property for every three (3) guests between the ages of 15 and 25.

The Dragonfly Pool is located just a couple of homes away from the property, making it very convenient during your stay. Additional beautiful WaterColor pools nearby include the LakeHouse Pool, Sand Hill Pool, and Camp WaterColor Pool.

No pets
Pets are strictly prohibited on the rental property. Any violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees and may lead to eviction from the property and the forfeiture of rent, with no exceptions.

No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted. If there is any tobacco smell in the property after your departure, you will be charged a cleaning fee of $500.
