The carriage house kitchen adds another layer of convenience with its own appliances and storage.



Comforts & essentials

With air conditioning, heating, ceiling fans, and laundry facilities, the home is designed for ease during extended stays. Essentials such as towels, bed linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided, along with extra pillows and blankets. • The primary guest must sign a Renter’s Agreement, upload a valid photo ID

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls

• Parking for 5 vehicles

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Exterior cameras present at the home



GOLF CART NOTICE: This property includes a golf cart managed by a third-party provider, 30A Gulf Carts. To utilize the cart, guests are required to:

Sign a separate liability waiver directly with 30A Gulf Carts.

Provide a valid credit card for incidental coverage.

Pay a non-refundable $30 handling fee. Detailed instructions for activation will be sent after booking.



Cancellation Policy

• Full refund minus $250 if canceled 60+ days before arrival

• 50% refund minus $250 if canceled 30–60 days before arrival

• No refunds for cancellations within 30 days
