Casa Verde is a beautiful new cottage-style home completed in July 2013 and is conveniently located just off 30-A in the beach community of Santa Rosa Beach. This home contains 2000 sq ft of living space and has been tastefully decorated with comfort in mind. The home is located in 'Beach Nest' which is a 5 min walk to the beautiful white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. The beach access area includes on-duty lifeguards, a covered picnic area with BBQ grills, changing rooms with showers and restrooms and parking. This family friendly neighborhood consists of only 9 homes which share a community pool. The pool is located diagonally across the drive from Casa Verde. This home is perfect for a large family or couples traveling together. There are a total of four bedrooms. Three bedrooms have en-suite baths and each with queen beds. The 4th bedroom contains a twin over full bunk with twin trundle (sleeps 4) and has a full bath across the hall. The main floor master suite has a private deck and beautiful tiled walk-in shower. The living room and bonus room each have a queen sleeper. In the living room you will enjoy a 65 inch flat screen TV and blu-ray player. The upstairs bonus room with balcony includes a 50 inch flat screen TV, blu-ray player, playstation2, Wii and games for the kids. When you need some privacy it is a comfortable area to relax. Each bedroom has a TV and blu-ray player. There is satellite TV, home phone with unlimited U.S. long distance calling and wireless internet. The fully equipped kitchen features granite counters and stainless steel appliances. All floors are hand sculpted hardwood with the exception of tiled bathrooms. This home includes a separate utility room with a large capacity washer and dryer. Outdoors is a private patio featuring a gas BBQ grill with side burner for your use as well as a firepit.
Santa Rosa Beach is a community conveniently located between Destin and the Watercolor/Seaside area. It was named one of the '10 Best Beach Destinations for 2011' by Yahoo! Travel. It offers an endless array of indoor and outdoor activities. This less congested area of 30-A is within walking distance to local restaurants, cafes and boutiques. Gulf Place is a short walk and features outdoor shopping, local artists and cafes. Many of the cafes offer outdoor dining and live music. Goatfeather's Restaurant and Seafood Market as well as Local Catch are just across 30-A. The local Publix grocery store is a short drive. Bike, yolo board and kayak rentals are available on 30-A across from Goatfeather's. The area is the most relaxing place we have ever been. It is true that the minute you turn onto 30-A your blood pressure drops at least 10 points!
Destin is located less than 15 miles west and offers family entertainment including a marina with deep sea fishing, scuba/snorkeling, waverunner rentals, parasailing, dolphin excursions, a water park, go carts, miniature golf and plenty of shopping including Silver Sands Premium Outlets. For those seeking the 'nightlife' there are numerous opportunities.
East of Santa Rosa Beach are other 30-A communities including Grayton Beach which is home to the famous Red Bar and less than a 10 min drive. Numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and boutiques are located in these communities.
