Beach Front Townhome on the Gulf! Huge Deck, Heated Pool

Townhome, 2 Bedrooms + 2.5 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

ON THE BEACH! Kick off your sandals and walk down a few stairs to the sugary white sand that Seagrove is famous for. Less than 3 miles to Seaside.

Grill out on the huge deck with a margarita in hand while dolphins splash in the gulf. You cannot get any closer to the water!

The main floor on this recently remodeled town home opens to a huge deck, right on the beach. This floor includes a comfortable living area, dining table, 1/2 bath, and fully loaded kitchen. The home is charmingly decorated with lots of owner touches.

On the second level, you will be lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean in the Master Bedroom opening to a private deck overlooking the gulf. The Master has a king bed and private bathroom with two sinks. The second bedroom has a queen bed and bunk beds and its own private bathroom. The entire unit and deck has free wireless.

Wake up in the morning and go swimming with dolphins and the occasional sea turtle in your front yard. No more hauling grumpy kids, chairs and coolers to the beach - you are already there! We supply the beach chairs, beach towels, a chest full of toys, nets and boogie boards, and the beach...

When its time to wash off the sand, head to one of the two Summer's Edge pools (one of which is heated year round), both a minute walk away.

Then hop on your bike and head down the bike path to Seaside - less than 3 miles away. Or, head the other direction 5 miles to Rosemary, making sure to stop at the famous doughnut truck along the way! There are charming restaurants and shopping in both places.

Ramsgate is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the an area that is wonderful for families. If you are here you know the Emerald Coast was just voted one of the Top 5 Beaches in the US. Come make it a family tradition!

If you are there between March 1st through October 31st you also receive a free beach set up of two chairs and one umbrella.

Beautiful Beachfront

Wonderful week at the beach. The home had all of the necessities and then some! Clean, very reflective of the photos in the listing. The patio was the best! We loved the beach closet and all of the options for toys, chairs, etc. They had a pack n play available for use for our 2 year old. The beach chair and umbrella set up each day was amazing. We will be back!

Second visit

We enjoyed our second stay, despite of the rain. We were thankful to be able to watch the sea and see the waves from the windows when it rained and sneak out between showers without having to plan a trip to be beach, pack and unpack, get in and out ia a car. Can’t beat a condo on the beach! This was our second stay and we plan to be back!

Everything You Could Want

The beach and water were perfect. The free beach umbrella and chairs were ideal. The house was incredibly well equipped and very nicely decorated. The manager was quick to respond to questions. This was the best rental we have experienced in our many years of visiting the area. We can hardly wait to come back again.

Family vacation

It's been nearly 6 years since I've taken the family on a vacation somewhere besides the family cabin. What a terrific location and experience for a family of six (4 kids 18-26). The beach was awesome! The views were terrific and we were right in the middle of everything (shopping, bike riding, stuff to do). Definitely coming back as our family grows.

Christmas Wish

I write this from the deck, overlooking an amazing sunset. We had such an amazing time here. The house is one of 4 but the walls are thick as we never once heard anyone. The owners were incredibly fast on relying. The shed of beach stuff is awesome. What got us though was the location, it’s close to town but away from the apartment complexes so the beach wasn’t crowded at all. We have two young kids and they played on the sand a few times while my wife and I hung out on the balcony, and when we joined them we were there 60 seconds later. House is clean, well stocked, aircon works well, street is quiet. Honestly I am not sure how I could fault this place

Wonderful private trip !

Wanted to have a covid friendly (aka few interactions w/other people) trip with my parents. I cannot say enough good things about this property- the location is AMAZING. So close to the water and great views. Has everything you could need and great parking. Also, an easy location to anything you’d need, food, bikes, etc. (some within walking) And, the beach closet you have access to is so nice for chairs, balls, etc. The inside is lovely and welcoming also- all the good things :) + great showers.

Great location on 30A

We were very pleased with our stay. We love Seagrove Beach and this house sits directly on the beach. Loved having access to beach chairs and plenty of toys for the kids. The heated pool was very nice as well. Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thanks!

Unbeatable amenities, perfect family vacations

This was absolutely perfect for our family of 5 with young kids. Being just a few steps from the sand allowed us to come and go as needed and enjoy the beach worry free. The chair service and beach toys are a huge plus. The storage room downstairs is full of sand toys, bodyboards, chairs and other beach equipment. A couple of hoses at the stairs let us clean up before getting back in. Inside, the space is well maintained with great appliances and comfortable and beautiful furniture and layout. We also appreciated the hand held shower head that really helps with kids bath time. As many said - the view is amazing. The balconies sunsets views are priceless and just looking out of the windows is so relaxing. We spotted dolphins at a distance and had sting ray visitors at the beach. Cindy and David were very responsive and helped us accommodate a picnic at the beach. (Thank you again!). We had a fantastic stay and booked a new one before we made it back home.

Vacationing with 1 year old

Had baby gate and side bed guard which you don’t normally see in a place. Extra room filled with sand toys of all types. No need to bring things for sand or swim. With unfortunate crying of a toddler, the neighbors said they didn’t hear anything which must mean good sound proofing insulation between units! Loved the beach chairs and umbrella set up.

This is beach living!

Property is just like photos and extremely well equipped with everything you may need. Drive under, bring your belongings up and walk out to great deck and beach. Quiet, secluded area so very little traffic. Cindy is extremely helpful with all questions and any assistance you may require.

Ideal Family Vacation

What a fantastic week at the beach! This townhome was exactly what we needed - it is exactly as pictured. You can't beat that huge deck with access right out to the water. Everything was provided - even little touches like extra tp, dishwasher & laundry pods, beach towels, etc. Beach service with umbrella & chairs was so convenient with a small toddler. The owner was very communicative and made the entire experience very easy. We will definitely consider this property again for next summer!

Wonderful Week at the Beach

This home has everything you need for a great week at the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped, the essentials are all provided, and the home is very clean. Beach chair/umbrella set-up is included, and ready for you to enjoy. The extra beach chairs, beach toys, and beach towels are an added bonus. This location is our favorite because it is close to Eastern Lake, where our little ones can play and catch/release fish and hermit crabs. The owner is quick to respond to questions and easy to work with. We will definintely be back!

Seagrove Beach family stay

Beautiful property, super clean, RIGHT on the beach. Can't beat the amenities - beach chairs and umbrella set up each day, two pools, close to restaurants and grocery stores, etc. Easy and convenient communications with property manager. Will book again.

Beachfront convenience!!

Property was as advertised - location and proximity to the beach is outstanding. Very well appointed and maintained. Nice little touches like quality TP, laundry pods and dish pods, etc, made the stay very comfortable. Location is at the end of a dead end road, so there is zero thru-traffic. Beach service runs like clockwork and having the reserved primo oceanfront chairs and umbrella was so spoiling. Will definitely consider a return trip, although if you have littles, I recommend bringing a baby gate. That said, I have nothing but good things to say. Wonderful rental!

Perfect location

My family loved this beachfront property. We spent every day sitting on the patio or at the beach where chairs were set up for us every morning. The house was fully stocked with the little things you often forget when renting so we didn’t have to make constant trips to the grocery store. The owners were more than accommodating and very responsive. We will definitely be staying there in the future.

Best stay ever!

We have stayed in this area many different times, but nothing compares to being at this home and directly on the beach! Especially with little kids. Our 2 year old could nap inside, I could still be on the patio enjoying the view, and my husband and 6 year old would keep playing at the beach! House was a great floor plan with children as well!!! We will definitely stay here each time we come to visit!!

Perfect spot for our family

This house was super clean, easy communication with owner, just like listing. Even had a pack n play for our little one, which was so helpful. Had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend for couples, families, etc. Looking forward to staying here again.
