A beautiful home in Seagrove. The pictures do not do it justice. Home is on a quiet tree linEd street a short 5 min walk to beach. So close to everything. Perfect for our group of 10! Nice shopping and restaurant across the street. Also a nature preserve!

July 5-July 12, 2025 Vacation

Our family has been visiting the Seagrove Beach area for over 30 years, sometimes coming as many as 3 times per year. This was the very first time that the property owner called me after my booking to see what he could do to assist us with preparing for a great trip. He offered many recommendations for restaurants, happy hours, amenities, and events in the area. He asked about our party to ensure he could provide everything we needed for our trip. Check-in was smooth. I have never stayed in a home that is better stocked with dishware and kitchen tools, puzzles and games, beach items for use, extra towels and bedding. We had one little question that we texted to Bill. He got back with us almost immediately. The home was spacious, comfortable, and convenient to everything in the area. The pool was right down the street, and the beach access was a short walk. We enjoyed every second, and we look forward to spending time at "Sea-esta" again!

Roomy, with excellent bathrooms. Very well furnished and plenty of kitchen utensils. Bikes and beach supplies with a very responsive host. Would certainly rent again.

Wonderful Stay on 30A!

Sea-esta was the perfect vacation home for us, our kids and grandkids! Plenty of room for everybody, a well-stocked kitchen, and lots of beach toys. Bill was quick to communicate and answer questions both before and during our stay. The neighborhood is lovely and so close to the beach!

Seagrove Beach

Slept 8 very comfortably. Incredibly well-stocked kitchen so we didn’t eat out at all! Plenty of beach toys and equipment. Would go again! Lovely owners!

Beautiful home in the best neighborhood

We have been staying in Summers Edge neighborhood for 15 plus years and this is by far one of the best homes. Lots of space for family and friends as well as all the convenience s of being at home. The hosts have provided well stocked kitchen, bikes, beach chairs etc. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation with 3 generations

We had a great week staying at Sea-esta. The house was great for the variety of ages we had, grandparents down to a 3 year old. The pool wasn’t far and the beach was beautiful! Bill (the host) always responded to our questions very quickly and checked in on us as well.

Great house, great host, great beach, great vacation!

From the moment we walked into this beautiful property we knew we had picked the right place. The communication with Bill McCracken was excellent. The kitchen had all we needed and bikes, boogie boards and other beach toys made for much fun. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Getaway

We can not rate this beautiful home high enough! The location is perfect! You are central to all the restaurants/beaches/etc on 30A! The home is beautifully maintained and has everything you could possibly need to make your stay exceptional. We rode bikes, used the beach chairs, grilled out and had a wonderful time! We will be back again. Thanks again to Bill for being a fantastic host!

Very clean and great communication with host

The property was very clean and had plenty of space for everyone (5 adults, 2 teenagers, and 3 kids). William text me to make sure everything was in order when I checked in, and he made it clear he was available if we needed anything. Neighborhood was quiet and serene.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Sea-Esta was the perfect home for our family vacation. The house is fully equipped with anything you will need from bedding to kitchen needs and games and even beach toys. Every room is comfortable and the set-up of the home allows for privacy and quiet as well as family dinners, games, and hanging out together. I would recommend this property 100% to anyone traveling to the Santa Rosa area!!

Excellent home and property owner/manager.

One of the best VRBO properties out of a dozen we have used. There should not be any concerns. Represents description. Was impressed with the kitchen equipment, outside gas grill, beach equipment, electronics, entertainment, and owner availability. About a city block from the HOA pool and beach. If you rent umbrella 2 chairs from the recommended beach service they will set them up each day right where the beach access area is located. Will rent again when we go back to Seagrove Beach in Santa Rosa.

Great House for a Girls Beach Weekend

The house was wonderful. It was beautifully decorated and even larger than it looks in the photos. The beach and pool are really convenient, and it was really nice to have bikes and lots of beach items provided. The neighborhood is lovely and close to shops and restaurants. Having 4 bikes to get around made it very easy for our group of 7 girls to get around. The owner Bill was super helpful, and communication was great throughout the whole process.

Lovely Home in Seagrove

My family visited the week before Christmas. The home was as lovely as advertised. The walk to the beach (and pool) was very short and the home was very clean and inviting. The owner (Bill) was super helpful and hospitable. We plan to come back again!

We had a great stay at Sea-esta this fall. Bill was easy to communicate with throughout the entire process from booking until after check-out and provided great recommendations. The house was well-stocked, clean, and had plenty of room to spread out. The provided beach toys and chairs were so helpful and allowed us to save room in our trunk for packing other things. The heated pool was a nice option in October if it was a little chilly for the the other pool. We couldn’t have asked for anything more with the location or accommodations! Would love to return again next fall!

Perfect property!

Bill you sir are amazing! From when we booked until checkout. The communication and you checking in on us to make sure everything was okay. It says alot! Thank you for the nice little surprise for breakfast! The property was amazing and it slept 12 very comfortably. The beach equipment you have helped a lot from us not loading up the car with our chairs and wagons. Super close to the beach short walk down the street! We will definitely be renting here again!

Fantastic property and location

The Sea-esta property was fantastic and better then advertised. The owner (William) reached out to us shortly after our booking and was extremely accommodating and helpful. He provided excellent suggestions for our stay. The property was fantastic for our family of 11. There was plenty of room for all to have their own bed. The home was very clean with everything in newer and working order. The kitchen had an unbelievable number of appliances, pans, utensils and accessories. There were numerous beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the adults and kids. The location was fantastic. Only about 2 short blocks to the beach, and approximately 1 block from 2 different subdivision pools. There were 4 bikes that were used almost daily to take rides on the 30A bike trail that was easy to access at the end of the street. The property and neighborhood was lively with families, but very peaceful and quiet location. Parking was very easy at this property for our 3 vehicles. The homeowner (William) was extremely helpful and reached out to us several times on our arrival day to make sure we found the property and to determine if there was anything we needed to help make our stay more comfortable. My family truly enjoyed our week at this property and would absolutely stay here on any future visits to Destin / Seagrove.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. There were 6 adults and 4 kids in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed riding the bikes each evening. The owner, Bill, was wonderful to work with and took care of everything. This will be our new place on 30A!
