The main level of the home has a King Master Suite including a TV, spacious bathroom with 2 separate vanities, and a large walk-in shower Also on the main level is a half bath, laundry room with washer & dryer, living room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has state of the art appliances to include a dual fuel gas range, microwave drawer, warming drawer, dishwasher, Subzero refrigerator, coffee maker, and toaster. It is also fully stocked with all pots, pans, plates, glasses, utensils, coffee cups, etc. The kitchen island seats 5. The large dining table has 6 chairs and a long bench enough to accommodate 10 people. The living room has 2 large couches, 2 rocking swivel chairs, an additional reading nook with 2 chairs, TV, and gas fireplace. There is also a desk looking out at the ocean for the perfect work from "home" view. Directly from the living room you can slide open the patio doors to access the front deck. The larger Queen bedroom has a TV and a cot that can used for an additional bed. There is also a living room with couch, 2 chairs and TV that shares the ocean view with the kitchen. This kitchen is also fully stocked with full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, and bar seating for up to 4. The kitchen/living room area has a full gulf view and sliding glass patio doors that open up to the upstairs deck. On this deck you will find a bed swing, regular porch swing and additional seating.
The location of this home makes it the perfect choice for your family vacation. Situated adjacent to Eastern Lake, there are endless opportunities for outdoor recreation. Fishing, kayaking and stand up paddle can be done in the lake or the ocean. There are 2 public beach accesses within 50 yards of the home. A 6 seater golf cart and 6 bicycles are provided for use with the rental. You can be in Seaside or Rosemary in just a matter of minutes.
