Upon entering you will find the perfect spot to have your coffee, cocktails and conversations or maybe even a few moments alone if that is what you are after...a huge screened in front porch with 4 Adirondack chair and 2 chaise lounge chairs. Walk through to our spacious open floor plan featuring stunning vaulted 10 foot ceilings! The main floor features a great living area, kitchen, dining area, laundry room, master bedroom with queen bed en suite and a secondary queen room.

Upstairs you'll find (4) XL twin single beds and space for games. This room is great for children, but adults will find this a great fit as well!

All rooms and porch include ceiling fans

Retail therapy / shopping, take a short drive to Destin or Sandestin. Or set your tee time at the Santa Rosa Beach Golf Club, only 1.1 miles from the house. Driveway parking for 2 cars. Dune Allen Beach, Grayton Beach, Seacrest Beach, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach are all within easy reach on 30A. Topsail State Park is accessible via bike path or a brief car ride.

1. Please note age requirement policy; One (1) parent / guardian over 25 years old must be present and staying in the property. Children with parents are allowed

2. Guest(s) shall refrain from creating any noise or sound in the house, which is disturbing to the neighborhood

3. Guest(s) shall refrain, and ensure his or her guests and invitees refrain, from any conduct, which a reasonable person would deem likely to annoy or disturb the neighbors while on the premises

4. Please abide by the Community Pool Rules

5. Pets are not allowed. You will be charged $500 if you bring a pet

6. No Smoking of any kind (i.e. cigarettes, cigars, “e-cigarettes” or “vapes”). Guests who violate this policy will be charged an additional $500 for steam-cleaning and deodorizing. Violations will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rent.
