Nestled within the charming community of Cottages at Eastern Lake, this 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom home offers a relaxing retreat while keeping you close to everything 30A has to offer. Accommodating up to 13 guests, it's located in a quiet cul-de-sac just steps from the boardwalk leading to the resort-style community pool. Whether you're unwinding by the water or heading out to explore, this home provides the perfect blend of comfort and convenience.

Inside, natural light fills the open living space, where cozy sofas and wing chairs create an inviting spot for movie nights or catching up with loved ones. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for home-cooked meals, including a coffee maker, Keurig, microwave, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Share meals at the dining table with seating for eight or enjoy a casual bite at the kitchen island with six bar stools.
