Inside you'll find décor that is simply stated but comfortable and coastal chic. The kitchen is open to the dining and living areas making casual conversations effortless. Head across 30A to Majestica Circle, to the right of this road is a pedestrian gate (accessed via a fob located in the unit). Take this pathway where it will end at the beach.

Grand Isle offers grand style and convenience with retail shops on the ground floor... for food, beverages, decorative items and more! It's a short walk across the street to the white sand and surf via the deeded access. Enjoy the area the scenic way, biking along the paved path that follows 30A between famous Seaside and Rosemary Beach!

An initial starter kit of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of soap/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.
