"Corporate trip"

"This was the perfect place for me and my daughter. The location is fantastic! Close to camp water color and a shuttle or bike ride away to the beach. Beach takes about 10 min on their bikes. Seaside is about a 12 min bike ride. The place was super clean and the owners were awesome and very responsive. They made things so accommodating!"

"We had a lovely 6-day stay at Beth’s carriage house. The beds are comfortable; the space is beautiful and it is close to the pool. What else could you ask for? Thank you, Beth, for such a special place."

"Property was clean and had everything we needed for a great stay. Location was great and the HOA had a reserved area on the beach for lounging. The pool was just cross the street as well. As a bonus there was a closet on the back porch filled with beach toys and a few chairs to use. Will definately stay here again."

"Amazing communication from the host prior to and during our stay. Every need is met in this bungalow from toiletries to towels to bikes and chairs. The kitchenette has a complete coffee station with everything one would need. The host provides shower washes, shampoo and conditioner, and a few hair care products were available. The bed is beyond comfy and there are plenty of blankets and pillows. We thoroughly enjoyed out stay!"

"I can’t say enough about our stay here. The house was in pristine condition, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet but also perfectly located to everything Santa Rosa had to offer. We take at least 4 trips a year and this was hands down our favorite VRBO rental ever. The communication and hospitality from the owners was amazing. I could go on and on. 10/10"

"Inside was clean, outside porch and pool areas were filthy. We could not access the private pool area, the chairs and pool had not been cleaned since last season? The screened in porch area had not been cleaned, the grill had old crud from who knows when on it. There were two long stairways to climb to access the inside of the home, each with about 18 steps. One stairway on the outside (no protection from the weather and slick when it rained) to access the first inside level of the home. The...

"This little cottage is adorable. It was so clean and just as pictured. They had so many extras—spices, coffee, dish soap, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, Qtips, cotton balls etc. We enjoyed our stay. The only negative (and we knew this ahead) would be the proximity to the beach. It would be perfect if it were closer to the beach."

"House is so close to the private beach and had everything we needed for the week. From beach necessities to kitchen necessities, we were taken care of. Everything was clean and organized. The owner provided bikes and we used them to ride on the nearby bike trail, around the neighborhood, and to the ice cream shop. We also had great communication with the owners, who replied quickly. We would definitely stay here again."

"Three Little Birds was perfect for our quick 3 night beach getaway! It was literally steps to the beach. The location was perfect for exploring other areas for different restaurant options. Ample parking space, very comfortable bed, CLEAN all around, and the patio was perfect for sitting outside having coffee or glass of wine for happy hour.
