"It was a a great stay for us for two days. The area around was okay and safe, and the walk to town and the town itself were fantastic. The property itself was also great. We loved the little touches, such as all the extra towels and blankets, and the whole drawer full of coffee accompaniments. I would suggest a full shower in both bathrooms, instead of only a bathtub in one. Also, there were a couple of short instances of loud noise from upstairs, but not enough to forgo renting again. "This place was perfect! Bubbly hot tub, big patio with fire ring. The coffee machine was really spectacular. Fun games in the garage for all ages. Super place!"

"The Property was really nice, clean and comfortable. A few things were missing. No blow dryer, no measuring utensils of any kind. There were 2 fairly large areas at the each end of the fence that needs to be fixed as a small dog easily could get through. Other than those small things it was a great property and I would stay again for sure. "

"Grover beach is a lot less crowded than Pismo beach - not just the beach, but also the town. Beach access at Grover Beach, Monarch butterfly Grove, Vons (safeway), big chevron gas station are all with 5mins of driving and even walkable. Pismo beach is 10mins away. Sunset views are spectacular from the windows of the great room facing west and the small balcony. Parking is in a designated open spot, but behind a gate, so feels more secure than street parking. "Jon & Melany were great hosts! Location was superb and the classic beach bungalow feel of the rental was on point. The minor items that came up were addressed swiftly and the working with us on a later departure couldn’t have gone smoother or been more accommodated. Overall the location has been saved for future family get togethers for years to come! "
