"Cozy little property located right in the middle of Sant’Elia. Couple blocks from the beach and plenty of places to eat."

"The house was very dirty; there weren’t even any sheets to cover up with, there’s no air conditioning in the living room, and the linens they provided weren’t exactly fresh. It’s very far from the sea, and the beach is terrible. The neighbors are literally right on your property, and the houses are very poorly laid out. It’s not worth it at all for this price—the kitchen is terrible, the staircase is terrible, and the bathrooms are terrible (I’ve never seen anything worse)."

"The location is ideal for a short as well a longer stay. The room and facilities are fine. But bring earplugs. Music at the Quanto Canti goes on till the late hours. I brought earplugs, so I was fine with it. A possible improvement: get the safe bolted to the wall."

"I stayed here for just over a week and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The host was communicative and check in was easy. The location is right on the beach as shown, it does get pretty busy but as your further towards the end of the beach I had no trouble finding space. The host also provides chairs and an umbrella for the beach which was great. There is a supermarket about a ten minute walk away, restraunts and a gelateria by the main road. You do have to take a car (uber) to palermo center.A...
