Oceanfront Beach Bungalow at Pleasure Point Surfing Beach!

This charming Santa Cruz bungalow is an oceanfront home located along sunny East Cliff Drive in Santa Cruz, California. Santa Cruz is located only a short drive from San Francisco, Monterey, Carmel, and the Silicon Valley. Ocean Front Beach Bungalow Vacation Home fronts Santa Cruz's famous Pleasure Point Beach on Monterey Bay, a favorite spot to watch surfers ride the waves.

This two-bedroom, two-bath, redwood beach home also fronts the Monterey Bay Marine Sanctuary. Guests say they love the backyard for its privacy and hot tub and the front porch for its vantage point. From the front porch, you have a wonderful view of the Pacific Ocean, the Santa Cruz Mountains, and the surfing that has made Pleasure Point Beach so popular.

The bungalow is designed to sleep up to six people. It houses two master bedrooms, living room with an ocean view, fully equipped kitchen with dining area, and a seaside sun porch. There's also an inside laundry room, a digital safe for storage of valuables, and a storage shed in the backyard.

Weekend getaway with the puppy

This charming and beautiful home made for a very special and relaxing weekend for our group and my elderly puppy. The house was absolutely perfect, we had everything we needed and more! The location was just breathtaking. Thank you so much!

Great weekend at Pleasure Point

This neighborhood is buzzing and full of things to do - all within walking distance. You can hang out in the yard and watch the action or join in. Very comfy clean home with all of the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay in SC.

Cabin by the sea

Worth every penny… this place is something else! Wow! Clean, spacious and inviting. Our trip was so fun visiting Pleasure Point SC. Steps from the ocean and walking path. Everything you need … fully stocked kitchen extra linens , washer/dryer. Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for our family and they even allowed our 3 dogs , two yards, one in front and fully enclosed backyard with easy access to the streets on both sides. Clean inviting hot tub. BBQ grill, patio furniture. The gas fireplace was such a treat too. We can’t wait to return in the future to enjoy this lovely property. Property management was super gracious and even let us check in early . Thank you Ann !

beautiful view, unobstructed ocean view, phenomenal. unable to reach Ann throughout stay, despite calling and texting two provided numbers. she never reached out. unable to park in front of property, occupied. it stated that we had curb parking available also. not the case. however our stay was during a three day holiday and probably had something to do with it. we did have one parking spot available throughout our stay. the home was immaculate and bathrooms spotless. however, pantry items very limited, house very dark d/t wooden cabin interior. needed all lights on during day hours. bedding was used and needs replacement. flat sheets on two full size beds were stained; my teens were left very uncomfortable. no sheet replacements available. informed Ann ,but no reply bedding on king size bed, very old and no warmth to blankets. however the sheets were not stained. appreciative of that. kitchen supplies plentiful and functional. spa was my family's highlight alongside the view in front of the house. thank you! curtains needed in main bedroom. the blinds don't block sun in the AM nor car headlights in the middle of the night the illuminate the room and interrupt sleep. the heating unit is very loud and starts with a bang. again interrupts sleep. this was a family celebration for my husband's 50+ bday. we love the location and being a native San Franciscan I grew up in Santa Cruz. This location was my family's vacation spot. Love bringing my family now. Ann did allow us to check in early, though we arrived at a later time; check-out was also extended. The latter was very much appreciated and she was reachable before our stay began The view from the front of the home will not be forgotten. Thanks!

Excellent location and cute rustic cottage

We thoroughly enjoyed this place. Very sweet spot within walking distance to many things - busy walkway and street in front of the home but great for people watching, surfer watching! Loved the space of the front and back yards. Even though it is right in the middle of the action - you still feel a large amount of privacy. The house is well-appointed. Our puppies loved it too. Thank you!

Family Paradise

My parents and aunt and uncle were visiting from out of town; I am a local to the West Side. We usually stay on our side of town but couldn’t pass up such a wonderful opportunity! The Cabin is home away from home and we all agree we will be back as soon as possible! Wonderful communication from the property manager prior to check in and day of check in and everything was so comfortable and inviting!

Amazing location.

Great spot. I could watch the Pleasure Point line up from the master bedroom as soon as the sun came up! Hot tub was lovely. Sun room was naturally nice and toasty on the cold winter mornings.

Absolutely Awesome

Our stay was too short. We enjoyed it so much. Even though we had a huge storm and a power outage, we absolutely loved the place. We live close by, but would still love to come again. It was well stocked with most everything we needed, from dishes to charging stations. Loved it!

Perfect location for a relaxing getaway

We had a glorious week at this cabin on the ocean. Great location for walks, bike rides to local shops and restaurants. However, we had a hard time pulling ourselves away from the front yard and view everyday!! You will not be disappointed with the house, the amenities or the location.

Incredible outdoor space & charming home

We rented this home to celebrate my moms 60th birthday and she absolutely loved it. Outdoor space and location were a top priority for social distancing and we could not have selected a better home. The front yard was our favorite as you could look at the surf and see everyone as they walked by. The backyard was very nice and private with a jacuzzi. The inside was very clean, charming and had everything you could need. It’s just a short bike ride to 41st street and Capitola Village and there’s a great market just a couple hundred feet away. We are hoping to stay again soon!

Everything about this place is great! Worst part was deciding whether to sit out front and people/surfer watch or sit out back and BBQ while others were in the hot tub. Great place to have our doggies, too. The cabin and yards are SPOTLESS. Ann was a great and attentive hostess!!!
