"Easy check in process and all the necessities. Definitely not for a family but perfect for 1 or 2 comfortably. Access to downtown is quick and there are some great restaurants really close by. Id definitely stay again. "

"We had a wonderful time staying right on the beach! The house was adorable and very comfortable for our family. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, and there are several great restaurants within walking distance. You can't beat the location, we didn't want to leave!"

"The trip to our favorite location , Santa Cruz , was AWSOME . The weather was perfect, the location of the home , perfect . One huge setback was Construction at each house on either side of this house. We arrived on Friday afternoon to construction trucks on both sides of the driveway with considerable construction noise. It’s not the homeowners fault BUT a HEADS-UP would of been very appreciative !! The pictures make the inside of the home look much bigger but it did fit our family needs. “ THE...

"The condo was perfect for 6 of us. It was very clean with everything we needed to cook our meals. Very close to the beach, the very short trail is right next to this condo! I wish we were able to stay longer. "

"We stayed in Julie’s studio over the weekend for my daughter’s birthday and it was the perfect location for heading out to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, the close beach, and Santa Cruz. They had a cot available for my daughter though she did end up in the bed with us. Julie is very nice, welcoming, and accommodating! It was the perfect place and size for us for our trip. "

The property is in an amazing location-you walk right out the patio to the beach!The house is spacious, clean, comfy and has all you need for a great stay.The hosts were very responsive. The coffee maker broke while we were there and they had a new one delivered within a few hours. Our son liked that there were sand toys and Roku to watch TV. Would definitely stay again to make more great beach memories! "

"We love this house. It is 1/2 block from the beach with lots of places to walk to. Tide pools are at the end of 16th Ave. We all go our seperate ways during the day, but come together for dinner. Plenty of room for all of us to eat together. However, we noticed the smoke detectors were missimg upstairs. Looking forward to renting again next year. "

"This cottage is adorable! It has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The ocean is right around the corner with peeks of the ocean from the cottage. Short walk to the pier and Boardwalk. We will definitely stay here again! "

"We enjoyed a few days in this charming cottage but plan for a longer stay this fall. Though small, it was perfect for us. We enjoyed slow mornings at the dining table and quiet evenings in the outdoor spaces. Although we did not cook much, the kitchen was well appointed and included a washer and dryer, which worked great. We enjoy knowing the home has history. The garden and hot tub area were beautiful and private.. a perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The beach, harbor, a fun...

"I have stayed at this property in past years before it was listed with Vrbo! It’s located close to most of my hangs when I come to Santa Cruz and Capitola! Very Quiet, and clean, with plenty of room! I had trouble with the main Tv set and the upstairs set! Neither had the right controls until I notified the property manager! A TV expert was sent over to find the correct controls.I plan on coming back to A front row seat again soon! Thanks!"
