COUNTY PERMIT NUMBER 201381. The Beach House is a 1 bedroom with a queen size bed There is also a studio cottage on the property that is also a rental. Main house is fully furnished with a new remodeled kitchen and bathroom. There is a soaker tub and separate shower area, there is a outdoor deck with BBQ, flat screen TV, and queen size bed with luxurious linens. Occupancy is two. 1 Small PET IS CONSIDERED WITH MANAGEMENT APPROVAL... PLEASE ASK PRIOR TO BOOKING. Pet Fee of $25.00/day . Animals are not to be left alone on the property inside or out if you are not there...they must be supervised. Also prefer you walk the dog to pee/poop as the lawn gets burned from the urine. PLEASE NO SMOKERS!

The Crows Nest Restaurant has excellent cuisine, ocean views, nightly entertainment and summer beach parties with outdoor music. Johnny Harborside Restaurant offers great seafood with harbor views. Cafe"El Polomar has a mexican cuisine and is a great place to watch sport volleyball. The Kind Grind is a coffee shop with pastries, smoothies and a deli. Aldo Restaurant is on the dock and serves breakfast outdoors.

Activities on the Harbor are abundant. Rent SUP Boards and stand up paddle through the harbor and bay with friends,Kayak,or plan a cruise on the Chardonney II charter which also offers dining options while sailing on the beautiful Monterey Bay, or just take a stroll and catch a glimpse of the seals and sea otters that love to play in the bay.
