"This house was perfect for 6 couples. It was spacious and clean. Everybody had their own bathrooms. Location was close to St.George. Hot tub was a great bonus after hours of pickleball tournament play. The only thing we were missing was a Kuerig coffee pot and cooking pans. The non stick cookware was in bad shape.Overall, we would definitely come back next year."

"The pool was warm and well cleaned, and everything was nicely put together. We had so much fun there and there is so many options of places to go and see that are close by. Perfect place for big groups and kids! The host was so nice and very responsive to any questions we had. "

"This is the second year in a row we have stayed at O-13 and loved it!! The location is perfect for why we are there and allows for plenty of room to spread out when we are back at the house. I had to knock down the cleanliness mark for a few reasons. One of the bunks was held together with literal duct tape. It looked the replacement bed was waiting in the garage .. but it was still a bit questionable. There was also a live earwig on one of my pillows. I know it's the desert and the house was...

"We all enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was plenty of room for 14 people to have their own space and to be together. "

"Great place overall but lots of little inconveniences that we shouldn’t have had to deal with. The hot tub controls were not working so had to contact owner to remotely turn on, bikes with flat tires, not enough silverware for our large group without having to constantly wash, had to ask for more standard things like paper towels and toilet paper. Some lightbulbs out, TV remotes without working batteries, closet doors off their tracks. Nice home with lots of fun extras and a great community...

"It was adequate. I wouldn't stay here again if I have another choice. The host was responsive to my texts, but not actually helpful. There were only 5 dining chairs and the photos showed 8. Luggage rack broken, wobbly nightstands (we tightened them) greasy pan left in the oven, no dish soap, wet dishes put away in the cabinet, broken blinds, wobbly bunkbeds. Overall sense of neglect. The listing specifically said pool was open, but it wasn't."

"Great setup for our large crew! We enjoyed the close proximity to beautiful hikes and loved coming home to the pool and pickleball. The kitchen was outfitted with plenty of dishes, flatware, and glasses. We loved gathering around the firepit in the evenings! We will be back!"

"Lindsay's Casita was a perfect place for our quick overnight stay in Hurricane. Located in a newer quiet residential neighborhood, we felt safe and right at home. The Casita was impeccably clean, comfortable and well appointed. Lindsay was very responsive; communication and check in was quick and easy. Wholeheartedly recommend!"
