Fully equipped kitchen for cooking.

65" SmartTV - feel free to login to Netflix, Youtube, etc. - just remember to logout!

Sofa folds out into a bed - we provide extra pillows + blankets
There is also a blow up mattress that you are welcome to use
Pack N Play available for use as well.

For the safety of our guests as well as our own piece of mind, the home is equipped with 3 outdoor security cameras - One at the front of the home and one at the back of the home and the last is on the south side of the home. If you have any questions or concerns please don't hesitate to ask!

The place was fairly clean. One bed had pubic hair in the bed, we assumed the bed didn’t get washed and then slept on too of the comforter. Two of the towels were pretty damp but on the shelf, needed more time in the dryer. Overall, pretty clean. The place did stink, wished there were air fresheners of some sort but would stay again.

This is one of our favorite places to stay in St George. Close to Tuacahn, we went to the live Nativity and loved it. Perfect place for a quick two night stay. Highly recommend.

We've stayed here once before, but never again! When we went to go to bed, there was sand/dirt in the master bed, and in one of the twin beds, there were candy wrappers and gravel. Clearly, they hadn't washed the sheets between guests! Luckily for us, there were extra beds that we were able to use, but we were still grossed out. Even in bed that seemed clean, the blankets/bedspeads smelled bad.The guest bathroom shower couldn't be used because the switch that diverts the water from the faucet to the shower head was broken and was just sitting loosely there. On the day we were to check out, we left the house at 8:45 (well before checkout time), and the electronic lock would not work, so we had to leave the house unlocked.When we messaged the host to let them know about the door and the other concerns, they never responded at all.

I had to reach out to the host twice to get checkin information. When we arrived at 3:15, the house was a disaster and so disgusting. Beds unmade, kitchen had tons of dirty dishes in the sink, table had tons of crumbs and lime on table, cheese on the countertop and trash was full in all rooms. Back door was literally open and there was NO internet service the entire weekend, which means there was No TV, No tablets and had to be on phones without wi-fi. Description says 4 bedrooms and there are only 3. Said newly renovated, but floors are cracked and throw rugs were super dirty. If you plan to sleep past 5:30am, you won’t, because dogs barking continuously. A few positives, was the location to Tuacahn was perfect and so close. The couch was updated and very comfortable. The king and queen beds were comfortable and sheets were really soft. However the 2 twin beds need to be updated along with the old comforters. We should be reimbursed for one night stay since we couldn’t even use it for a couple hours after we arrived so it could be cleaned. And also no TV entire time.

This home was perfect for our needs and only a few miles from Tuacahn, which is why we were there. The beds were comfortable. Cold fridge. Large TV. Everything we needed was provided. We could have used more hangers but we got by. The house was clean and everything functioned properly. We did have a few issues with the front door keypad but we eventually figured it out. Nothing too major during our stay. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend.

Property was easy to find. Decor was cute. I felt like the owner made an effort to think of everything we would need. I didn’t see any instructions to lock the door but haven’t used electronic locks much. We did figure it out without too much trouble. We had trouble signing into WiFi but the host was quick to answer even though it was relatively late. I really appreciated that. This was our ineptness. They had lots of games for a variety of ages. We were a party of two, there just for the night to attend Tuochan so did not spend a ton of time there.

Absolutely lovely!

The house was very cute, comfortable, and spotless. The location was great! We chose it as a halfway point between Great Basin National Park and Las Vegas. It’s very close to St. George which had some great restaurants too! After National Park trekking it was so nice to come to a clean home and get some laundry done too. Would stay here again!

It was the perfect location for us, all on one level, which we needed and the right amount of beds. But it wasn't very clean and not as stocked with the necessities as I've had in other properties.

I dont usually leave reviews, but there was one thing i didnt see in the reviews, that i experienced. I drive a truck. Just a regular sized truck. (Ram 1500 to be exact - not a megacab or long bed, just normal 6' bed size.) The parking situation was not good for a truck. I parked in the driveway and hung out in the road. Tried to pull in the garage and still hung out enough to where the garage wouldnt close. I was able to squeeze through the (broken/unlockable) gate and parked along side the house.A few more things to note: the neighbor has a very loud barking dog. The house is very small, so you can hear ev.er.y.thing. from one side to the other. Not pictured is the backyard. This is not a spot youd be able to hang out. It's dirt with weeds and punchers, so no place for the kids to run around outside, plus again, the gate does not lock, so your littles could easily get out.The house was very clean. The beds were comfy. The couch situation is also different than pictured. It's bigger and better. It's a big couch with a chaise, not two different couches as in the listing. The house was very cute and cozy. The looks of the neighborhood (trailer park) is deceiving to the inside of this house.All of that said, i would stay here again.

Mostly good

The good: the house was clean, the king and queen beds were very comfortable. The bad: the neighborhood felt slightly run down. The inside of the house, while clean, is definately old and in need of updating. The twin beds were not as comfortable as the queen and king. We had adults sleeping in them, not children, so they noticed. Finally, in the middle of the night, we found a live mouse trapped in the bathtub. I have no idea if this was on one-time "that can happen to anyone" occurance or not...

Great place to stay in St George

Located in an out of the way but still convenient neighborhood, it was quiet and relaxing. The exterior property appearance belies the fine interior. At the time of year we stayed, you wouldn't want to hang out in the backyard, anyway. All amenities were acceptable; the furniture, TV, WiFi, etc. There are a few minor quirks here and there but nothing you wouldn't find in any home. One note for future visitors; the water in Ivins is VERY treated with chlorine and other additives. We ultimately bought a few gallons of bottled water to drink and cook with. A simple under-sink water filter in the kitchen would be a big improvement. Having stayed in several St George area short-term rentals in recent years, we would definitely book this one again over the others.

This home was the most perfect location for Tuacahan and the home was all on one level, with no stairs. In addition it was cozy and comfortable and homey.
