This Mid-Century Modern two-story home consists of a spacious primary suite with two walk-in closets, a balcony, and a jacuzzi tub. There are two additional bedrooms and a bathroom, a kitchen that features a large Sub-Zero refrigerator and sitting area, a living room with an additional dining area, and a full laundry room. The most captivating element is the outdoor space that includes an outdoor dining area complete with a fountain, a separate fire pit, hot tub, and an outdoor shower.

PLEASE NOTE: Commonly shared areas with the neighboring property are the private gate entrance, driveway, walkways, and open backyard.
