"Great location on a quiet street just blocks from the coast. The house is in good order. The backyard is smallish but nicely laid out. There is parking for two cars (there is time limits for parking on the street). Did not use the hot tub or sauna. Would definitely stay there again. "

"David was very communicative before, during and after our stay. The house and amenities were exactly as described, the location was great, neighborhood is quiet, and the place worked perfectly for our family get-together and pets! We would definitely come back."

"Dawn is such a great host, very good communication and super friendly. The house is located in a VERY good location, close to everything downtown SB has to offer. The house itself is small and old, but has a lot of charm. The house isn't the cleanest on the planet. I had to re-clean dishes upon arrival that were put away dirty, fold laundry left in the dryer, and clean the fridge out that had a very strong smell coming from it. Other than that, no complaints!"

"Super cute Craftsman Bungalow! It felt like we were vacationing at the "family cabin on the lake". We were able to walk downtown 1-2 times each day. Nice backyard, big enough for the dog to run and for us to rally a pickleball. Thanks!"
