DINING ROOM
Very spacious dining room with open floor plan that seamlessly connects to the kitchen and living room - perfect for entertaining.

BEDROOMS

The perfect work from home room with garden views, ample light, work desk, Smart TV, and High Speed Wifi. The French doors can be left open to integrate into the living space or closed for privacy. The Office couch pulls out into a Queen sleeper to be used as a bedroom at night.

- Covered patio area with Ping Pong Table, 65” Smart Tv, Sonos sound system, Plush outdoor bean bags, 4-person jetted spa , Brand New Cold Plunge from Santa Barbara Ice Baths. The perfect get-away to soak up the beautiful Santa Barbara weather. Each yard space can be opened up to interconnect or fully enclosed.

- Pet Rule: We are pet friendly - a $250 per animal pet fee will be required. Please let us know if you are bringing more than one pet.
