The Brewhouse Restaurant, Neighborhood Bar, and Amtrak station are all close by making the walkability that much better.

The tri-level home embraces its Spanish architecture with modern comforts. The ground floor offers the first Primary Suite with a private enclosed patio and extremely large spa-inspired bathroom. The second level includes a cozy Living Room, open Kitchen, Guest Room, and Guest Bath. The third level focuses on the view with the second Primary Suite offering a private rooftop balcony. Not only is this home beautiful but it’s eco-conscious as being one of the first Platinum LEED Certified and Green Constructed Projects in the nation.
