Santa Barbara Cubby in the Garden
This location was so cute and totally comfortable!! They've thought of everything! The bed was easy, kitchen had everything one would need, bathroom was tiny but had everything and was just enough space all the same. The washer and dryer were so nice to have. The property and gardens were fantastic! Parking was a breeze. We slept super soundly even though during our stay construction was going on nearby. The location was the best! Debbie and her team have thought of everything and had a notebook of easy directions for all available in the unit and recommendations for nearby. I'd say it's great for one or two people. Thank u Debbie for a great first visit to Santa Barbara from Seattle! We hope to be back to Baby Dux soon!!

Cozy and close to State St.
We enjoyed walking and riding the bikes offered by the rental. We rode over 20 miles in 2 days on their cruiser type bikes. Check in was easy and the place was small, but just what we wanted . Santa Barbara is just beautiful.

Great place for quick stay . . .
We did a quick overnight for The Chicks concert at the SBBowl, which we walked to. This place was perfect and very comfortable for our needs. Close to great food and wineries as well.

Great location for downtown Santa Barbara
Great location near State at and SB pier. Very well organized accommodations and convenient parking on site so no need to park on street. Nice porch. Was by myself so small size was perfect

Great place to stay in Santa Barbara!
Great location, 2 blocks to Amtrak, 1 block from State Street, 3 blocks to Stearns Wharf, great decor, extremely comfortable!

Lovely little home base
I loved my stay at baby dux! It’s a lovely property, in a great location and had everything I needed. It’s a tad small, but I knew that and it was more than enough room for a solo traveler. I so appreciated having a kitchen and a porch all to myself during my visit, and slept well on the comfortable bed.

Great stay for a show at the Bowl!
Fantastic little place right by State Street and the Funk Zone. We stayed for 3 nights for a show at the Bowl, and didn't use our car once. The unit is small, cozy, cute, and has almost everything you need. Can't wait to return next time we go to the Bowl!

We had a great time at this property. The unit was cozy and very well kept. The host was very responsive and helpful. The within walking distance to many great restaurants and night life venues. Also, ver close to the harbor. We definitely recommend this property to any of you looking for a getaway in Santa Bárbara.

Wine pick up!
Great stay here! Such a cute property, cute space. Amazing location, near Dune Coffee, everything on State, and a short walk to my fav bar, Test Pilot (if you love Tiki drinks!). Will def book again. Had a great time.

Gorgeous and Cozy
I had the BEST experience staying at the Baby Dux! My 11 year old son and I spent our short Christmas time together here and it was so fun and cozy in the best way! It is a studio but everything is layed out and organized so well you have everything you need and then some! The kitchen is gorgeous, no stove but with hot plate, crockpot and toaster oven, we made a beautiful Christmas dinner and breakfast both mornings. The location is excellent! We enjoyed the short but scenic walks to the beach and pier, lived wandering around the surrounding neighborhoods and shops. Our host Laura, was so accommodating and communicative and just such a nice person! Made sure we had all we needed! Can't wait to stay here again!

Pleasant and Cozy
This was a nice and cozy place to stay, perfect for 2 people. It is a block away from the main strip that has restaurants and shops. No need to drive once you're there. The unit has everything you will need and it is located in the perfect spot. Great stay!

Perfect Cozy Cottage!!!
My husband and I stayed at the Baby Dux for several days for our wedding anniversary. It was absolutely PERFECT!! Laura was fantastic, and very responsive to all my questions, including concerns around cleanliness and disinfecting the place between visits during COVID. Everything promised was spot on down to every detail. The cottage grounds where we primarily stayed due to closures in the city felt like a tropical oasis. It was beautiful and very enjoyable. Although small, the cottage had everything we needed to make our stay memorable. Coming back for sure!! Rated: 10 STARS!!

Loved The Ducks!
My husband, son and I loved staying at the baby ducks. It had all we needed and more. Close to everything and extras like beach chairs and umbrella. Beds were super comfy and place was clean and stocked well. The manager got back to me right away with any questions I had. Would recommend and def stay there again.

We were visiting friends who lived in Santa Barbara so did not need a large place. It was perfect for our needs. Very cozy, but spacious enough fot 2 adults to be there at the same time. Loved the proximity to State Street, Beach and good Coffee Shops!

We had a great stay at the Baby Dux. It is compact but we found it to be very well thought out and had all the bases covered for our stay. Location could not be any better for a visit to Santa Barbara! Management texted us after check-in to make sure there were no issues, a nice touch. Great overall experience. Thank you!

Perfect get away!
This was our first time to Santa Barbara area and could not have stayed at a more perfect spot! Location was great we could walk to all the things we wanted to get to. Directions and information were great we got right to our rental with no trouble. House was great too just as described and perfect. Here celebrating my sons 14th bday so there are 3 of us but the blow up bed did not disappoint, it was very comfy! Thank you for everything this made our trip much more enjoyable!

Nice Studio in Busy Downtown Corridor
Nicely appointed, but definitely note the small overall size- with the pullout bed open, it's a squeeze. Nice kitchen and bathroom for its size. Great location if you're looking for that right-downtown experience; it is a pretty busy street corner (by SB standards) in terms of traffic and passersby. Overall good experience, would stay again if aiming for that part of town!

Sweet stay
Location was great, close walk from train station, having bikes was nice too. Fairly quiet place even when close to down town. The only main bed is a couch that need to be set up before sleeping, it's very comfortable but not the easiest thing to set up the first time.

The cutie cottage
Had a great weekend in Santa Barbara. Original reservation was for my husband and I. So a studio was fine. Ended up bringing along mother n law and it was fine also. They blew up a very comfy blowup bed and the main pull out couch bed was good too. Sheets super soft. It is walking distance to everything and had a lot of cute touches. We will book again

Nice option for somebody looking to get away and not not be in a hotel.
Location was great. Couple blocks to the beach and wharf. Couple blocks the other way and you're in old town. Lots of choices for eating. Only takes a few minutes and you're on 101 exploring other destinations. Thanks for the use of house to let us enjoy your community.

Location was perfect for us! Walk to beach, restaurants, coffee, all. Every amenity was thoughtful.
We loved the porch and had the excellent coffe provided every morning. We usually have one bedroom places, so the studio was a little tighter than our usual, but we were comfortable. Easy access; perfect parking. Thank you!

Comfortable and welcoming; excellent hosts.
Celebrated our daughter's first birthday here. It was cozy, pleasant, and lots of attention were given to details large and small. The kitchen was perfectly adequate for cooking meals, and it was stocked with homelike amenities such as real half and half, tape, scissors, and laundry detergent. Very, very pleasing aesthetically inside and out--the baby particularly enjoyed exploring the fenced front garden. When we encountered a problem Laura and Inga were exceptionally responsive helping to solve it. They were both kind, efficient and truly went above and beyond helping us.

Amazing location and convenience
I've stayed at this property 5 times now and will keep coming back. All the units are outfitted with every detail and cozy/comfortable. Can't beat the location one block off State Street with off street parkig to boot ! Owner Inga is a great hostess.
