This 23 sq.mt studio apartment is located on the ground floor of an elegant building with lift and concierge, located very close to the sea, in a very quiet and elegant area. There are several equipped beaches nearby, reachable by a stairway or a pedestrian street that leads in 5 minutes to the "Passeggiata Imperatrice" and to the city center.
Internally, the house consists of a NIGHT / LIVING AREA with two sofa beds and a dining area.
KITCHEN equipped and equipped with stove with electric plates, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, moka, electric kettle, pressure cooker, plates, glasses, cutlery.
SERVICES with shower and bidet.

The accommodation is equipped with every comfort, including: air conditioning, TV, heat pump, iron, hair dryer, laundry service for a fee (on request).
Bed linen and towels provided upon arrival.

FREE CONDOMINIUM PARKING, available until exhaustion of seats. The building has two entrances, from the secondary entrance you can enter the building without making the stairs.


Guests will have full access to all areas of the house, and there are no shared spaces.


For check-ins from 21:30 to 00:00 a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, according to the following:

EUR 15 from 21:30 to 23:00,
EUR 20 from 11.00pm and 12.00am
Check-in after 00:00 is not possible, not even for a fee

Early check-in (before 2pm) will only be possible if there are no other guests checking out the same day, and therefore can only be confirmed a few days before arrival.

All identity documents of the residents must be shown upon arrival as required by Italian law. Upon your arrival you will be required to pay the tourist tax of € 1.5 per person per night for the first 5 nights only as requested by the municipality of Sanremo.
