Definitely not value for money
All the staff we dealt with were great, but the hotel itself was definitely not value for money. It was confusing, difficult to navigate (we were told the incorrect lift to take which resulted in a long time trying to actually find our room). In the room there were several large cobwebs which were not removed during the entire week we stayed and dead bugs on the wall which had been clearly squashed by previous visitors also remained. The pillows were dreadful and had to be all stacked up on one side to be usable. One day the towels provided were fine, however the next day they were so small it might as well have been a hand towel. Overall, disappointing for the amount it cost, was expecting more luxury.

I read mixed reviews, but I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Yes, the hotel is a little bit dated, but I feel that adds to its charm. I enjoyed a relaxing stay and took full advantage of the pool, hot tub, saunas, and steam rooms. The breakfast was delicious--great variety and tasty food. The view can't be beat. I appreciated that the hotel provided a tote bag, slippers, and robes. And the mini-bar prices were very reasonable, so we didn't need to leave the hotel for a drink.

Sensational view, old outdated and overpriced.
Stunning views, unimaginable beauty, old hotel,very basic for the price, towels, linens from 1960s, totally overpriced, breakfast had a large choice, staff polite, confusing rating this overpriced facility.St Wolfgang worth a visit. Schloss Hotel on Fuschlsee is my choice for next time

帶著期待夫妻二人在自由行中特別挑選了白馬當作所有旅程的重點,他的服務卻給我們極大的失望和憤怒, 面湖的房間是在前棟和另一棟房中間的湖景, 早餐如所強調的是在湖邊的餐廳用餐, 我們等候進去早餐時,女服務員看了我們也順便招呼排在我們後面的 一對夫婦,一同招呼進場, 我們一進去就看到靠湖邊窗戶的二個空桌, 想不到這位女服務生先請我們後面的夫妻先入座, 然後把我們帶到較裡面的位置坐, 我們表達要坐靠湖邊的位置,一直不被同意; 當我們告知我們不是團客而是自己訂房的客人, 另一位女服務生才把我們安排到一半看湖一半面內部的所謂湖邊位置, 我們再次看著空著的一個湖邊的位置表達我們想要坐湖邊,仍然得不到回應; 直到快用餐完這個湖邊的位置才有人來坐. 我不知道這個飯店的待客標準是甚麼? 我懷疑是因為我是亞洲臉孔所以我不配坐湖邊的位置,是嗎? 或者因為我是亞洲臉孔,我就是團客? 然後團客就需要被嚴格對待?建議所有亞洲人不要以散客身分入住,你將得不到你應有的服務......本來還想整個早上在這飯店多待會, 吃飯中我們就決定馬上離開這一個不被尊重的飯店. 這個飯店的經驗是我們十四天捷奧自由行最糟糕的經驗, 也是唯一糟糕的經驗

非常舒适的酒店，环境很好，下午入住之后一直hea到第二天中午，可惜第二天阴天有点冷没有享受室外泳池了。早餐十分丰富。唯一不满意是停车有点远，要开过隧道停到镇里面，停车地点看着地图还是兜错路了。停车场室外6欧室内12欧，刚好室外没位置了只能停室内。

Beautiful Hotel in a beautiful place

Einmal muss man dagewesen sein!
Das Hotel ist ein Traditionshaus, trotzdem sehr modern. Die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich, es werden nach Möglichkeit alle Wünsche erfüllt. Ich hatte über Expedia ein Doppelzimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Als ich zur Sicherheit ein paar Tage vor Anreise im Hotel anrief, nur um sicher zu gehen, dass die Buchung vorliegt, teilte man mir mit, dass die Zimmer nur teilweise einen Balkon haben und für uns eines ohne Balkon reserviert wurde. Expedia hatte dies mit keinem Wort erwähnt! Wir bekamen letztlich unseren Balkon, danke an das Rössl-Team!

Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einem reinen Erholungs-Urlaub sind, empfehle ich Ihnen beim nächsten Besuch den November oder Jänner/Februar. Hier lernen Sie unser Hotel von einer ganz anderen (und sehr ruhigen) Seite kennen und können beispielsweise von unserer romantischen Kaiserwanne aus den Blick über den ganzen Wolfgangsee genießen. Superb in every way!
Not only is the hotel charming, historic and in one of the most beautiful settings imaginable, I must commend the staff. At dinner, a piece of food lodged in my throat. The staff immediately went into action, keeping me calm, and contacting the hospital, which sent an ambulance immediately. The staff never left my side; always there to make sure that I was taken care of and, being on foreign soil, comforted me in knowing that the Austrian health care system was extremely fine (which it was...I am just fine because of them). Trust me when I say that this is a hotel that transcends it's historic roots. The people of Im Weissen Rossl are what make it great.

Fint hotell nært vannet
Hadde egentlig en dårlig opplevelse med dette hotellet. Forvirrende annonse. Lake View ble definert som et lite gløtt av sjøen blant alle stygge hustakene , men kunne så vidt se sjøen mellom to hus. Da vi kom opp på rommet, gikk jeg straks ned i resepsjonen og klagde på utsikten, men resepsjonisten sa at Expedia hadde uklar teks i annonsen. ( dette burde de da eventuellt tatt opp med Expedia, og ikke latt kunden lide for det ) for å få et rom med full sjøutsikt , måtte jeg legge på bordet € 82, - rommet hadde jeg allerede betalt € 311 ) Helt uhørt ! Hotellet hadde mange ledige rom. De burde ha gitt meg et bedre rom i utgangspunktet, i alle fall upgradert meg uten kostnader. Hotellet ville ha fått en fornøyd kunde uten ekstra utgifter, da rengjøringen av rom er den samme hvor det ligger i hotellet. Resepsjonen snakket nedsettende om Expedia, og at Expedia hadde skylden for dette. Det var ikke første g@ng de hadde dette problemet med gjester som hadde booket via Expedia. Merkelig at hotelledelsen ikke da har tatt opp dette med Expedia. - elendig takling av hotellet - Never go there !!!

Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal dort und waren dabei in zwei verschiedenen Zimmern. Die Lage am See ist sehr schön und der Aussenbereich mit dem tollen Schwimmbad im Freien im See ist schon einmalig!! Die Angestellten sind sehr freundlich und engagiert!!! Das Frühstücksbüffet ist sehr groß und umfangreich und hat garantiert für Jeden das Richtige. Etwas Kritik gibt es: ein Zimmer, das wir beim ersten Besuch hatten, wirkt z.t. etwas altmodisch (50er Jahre-Charme) und sollte teilweise renoviert werden. Der Teppichboden war hier eindeutig überfällig. Die Betten und Matratzen waren dagegen hervorragend! Garagen sind natürlich nicht im Haus, ein paar wenige sind 5min entfernt - ist aber kein Problem. Der Preis ist m.E. etwas zu hoch (da müssten alle(!) Zimmer up-to-date sein.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung! Das Hotel stammt in seinen Grundmauern aus 1474 und wird jedes Jahr revitalisiert. Beim Stil der Zimmer ist daher alles gegeben von nostalgisch bis modern. Bitte geben Sie bei Ihrer nächsten Reservierung Bescheid, dass Sie ein modernes Zimmer bevorzugen, dann werden wir gerne versuchen, dies zu ermöglichen.
