"I loved this hotel. Staff were so friendly and our room was amazing! I wish I could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend!"

"The guys at the check-in desk were very friendly and helpful."

"Foi excelente, gostamos de tudo."

"I didn’t receive the guideline to drop off luggage and check in. Google map can’t show the correct way for drop. It’s the bad point"

"Property was beautiful and just as described. Everything was clean and prepared for our stay. Staff was wonderful and easy to communicate with. Would definitely visit again!"

"Beautiful location!"

"It is rare when the actual hotel room looks better in person than in pictures but, that was the case here! Awesome room, well located! Great choice "

"There were several issues. To resolve these, one has to communicate by email with the "Support Team". There is no on-site reception or support staff. Almost every time with over 30 emails, the response came from a different person who paid no attention to the earlier emails. As a result, response was very slow (several days), or no response at all."

"Muito bom e todos simpático"
