"We loved our stay! The property is walking distance to the beach with a very nice bike path all the way there. There are also several business just around the corner - ice cream shop, breakfast, souvenir store, restaurant. We loved it. The cottage was spacious and the AC was very effective. The shower is small, but you can see that from the listing pictures. It was close to everything and we thought great value for the price. Would definitely stay again!"

"Enjoyed our stay. Perfect sized cottage for the two of us. Wish the bathroom had a shelf for cosmetic bags and dop kits, but we managed. Liked the beach access and parking pass even though it was a long walk from the parking lot to the beach. Communication with the owners was very was good. No dishwasher, no laundry facilities, no hair dryer but towels and beach chairs (too low for us old folks) were provided. Umbrella would have been nice. "Adorable cottage with free parking at the quaint beach at the end of the street. Free usage of nice bikes with baskets was great fun! You can walk to Bowmans beach from the ocean…about 1.5 miles away. Shelling was amazing. The property has a shelling station with a hose to wash off your sandy treasures from the beach. The cottage also had a screened in porch which was great for relaxing and admiring our shells. And we rescued a trapped lizard from the porch which was great fun! Wagon and beach...

"The location was great as it was convenient and close to the public beaches. The small pool and hot tub were nice and the beach chairs, towels, and washer/dryer were wonderful additions. Unfortunately, we had problems that were not adequately addressed, despite letting our host know. When we tried to lock the doors, they would not lock properly despite following key code directions. We think it was a battery issue but can’t be sure. Most upsetting and inconvenient was that the front bathroom...

"The location of this cottage is perfect for great restaurants, hiking, kayaking, biking, and beach going. The cottage itself is fully equipped, has a wonderfully powerful shower, and is very cozy and comfortable. The screened in porch is great, any time of day or night. The river is a 2-minute walk, at most, and there is a very inviting deck there for customer use. We sat there every day/evening, at least once. Communication with the owner was never an issue. "We really enjoyed our stay there found it to be like cute centrally located. We love Bokeelia and it’s just a cute little street. Cute little house easy-going not like crazy fancy but not not unlivable either. We just dug it and we will go back there again my son and I fish out out of the marina and stay there and just found it to be like totally cool."
