"The house is very comfortable and clean. Great location, walking distance to the beach, cafe and club. Really handy to have some consumables provided too, like sauces and coffee. We had a fantastic stay"

"House was filthy when we arrived, especially the floor. We needed to contact the agent to have cleaners attend to it. Smelt very musty. "

"Overall, an okay little house. As other reviews state, both mattresses should be replaced. One is cheap and you feel the springs clearly, and the other is long in the tooth. Fridge had been replaced, but the old one bizarrely left on the deck next to the front door (!?). BBQ dirty on arrival. Didn't use it because of that. You get what you pay for with this one. Bird droppings all over the deck."

"Place was clean and dog friendly which was great. Wifi didn't work the entire stay and I gave this feedback/requested it to be fixed and no one responded or returned my call. Tv signal also dropped in and out a lot which meant no tv most the time. Empty dish soap bottle as well under the sink when we arrived meaning we couldn't wash up without buying it ourself either ( not a deal breaker but inconvenient). "

"Loved it! Clean, cosey and few minutes walk to the beautiful dog friendly Culburra beach. We did not want to leave. Everything you need is there. "
