Located in a beautiful quiet tree-filled residence, you have a private parking space right in front of the entrance to your building. The apartment is composed of an entrance opening onto the living room with lounge/dining room. In this space you will find a sofa bed. Continuing you will find a small balcony. You then have an independent kitchen in the immediate vicinity of the dining area. This kitchen was built in 2017 with beautiful equipment, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster etc. From the kitchen you access a balcony descending towards the garden. The outdoor space is composed of garden furniture and an electric barbecue. It is a garden overlooking a quiet street, in which you will love to take your meals and spend time. For the sleeping area, you will find two bedrooms, both air-conditioned. The first has a double bed and a large dressing room. The 2nd has two single drawer beds, a desk and chair as well as a large dressing room. The 2 bedrooms open onto a long balcony overlooking your garden. Finally, you have a superb new bathroom, with a large walk-in shower and washing machine. The toilets are independent. This is the ideal rental if you want to spend a quiet holiday in Sanary, in modern and recent comfort, while being able to do everything on foot without having to use your car. We ask for a 25% deposit. The balance is due 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last-minute bookings. Tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. End-of-stay cleaning is included and included in the price. For more comfort, you have the possibility to choose the option of sheets and towels for 25 euros per single bed and 35 euros per double bed. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged an additional 100 euros. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged an additional fee. We ask for a deposit to be paid on arrival by check or cash, it is not cashed and returned on the day of departure if everything is in order. A contract containing your information, that of the agency and the rented property will be sent to you and must be returned to us signed. A certificate of holiday insurance or civil liability will be requested. No rental will be final without these documents.
