"Great Place and location - super cute house, very clean"

"I spent a lovely week with my dog at this adorable 1BR cottage in Old Town San Diego. Check in was easy, and the place was very well supplied with everything from plastic bags to cooking equipment to a flashlight. The little long patio outside was great for throwing the ball for my dog, or just sitting to enjoy morning coffee. Joan was very accommodating to requests, and even brought over a basket of dog toys and a jar of treats for my pup when we arrived! Whether I spent the day lazing around...

"Location was ideal. Host was great in responding and providing answers to questions asked. Very comfortable accommodations for a short weekend. "

"Charming cottage in historic North Park neighborhood. Lovely fittings, well stocked, very quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to a few good options for meals. Wonderful area to just walk if you’re so inclined. Convenient access to major sites and attractions. Air conditioning was most welcome for an unusually muggy September in SD. "

"Super clean place, just the right size for us. Not too far of a walk to the beach. Only a couple blocks. Loved how close City Taco was to the house. Amazing tacos, great breakfast too and dog friendly. Nice family vibe and close to the dog beach too which was great for the pups. "

"The cottage was cute and exactly as described. The location is great. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching the hummingbirds. "

"Cosy casita that leaves nothing to be desired. Great furnishings, everything in the kitchen too. The lack of air conditioning was not a problem even in July, as it was not so hot and ceiling fans provided a pleasant room climate. There are fly screens in front of almost all the windows. The shared use of the washing machine, the USB socket and the garage parking space were a great plus. The location was quiet and yet there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. We used the small shady...

"Nice open living space. Clean linens and kitchen. Great space for a family! The home is close to the airport and freeway, and you can hear traffic, but it wasn't an issue as all. The kids loved watching the planes land."

"We were in San Diego to explore colleges with our son and to get to know the area to see if our son could see himself living here. The cottage was a great location to be able to visit colleges and get an idea of what it could be like to live in the San Diego area. The cottage itself was walkable to restaurants, the beach and markets and centrally located to visit other areas by car. While there is noise from the airport and the street, it didn't bother us as we took it to be part of the city...

"Our trip to Pacific Beach exceeded all of our expectations starting with our accommodations. The cottage we stayed in was perfect.!! it was clean. It had everything we could possibly need for our temporary beach life we were experiencing.. I loved the privacy and we really liked how it was decorated with some of that old rustic vibe. The location was perfect as well.! Grocery store right down the street less than two minutes to get to the water which made it nice in case we had to run back to...
