Located just outside the picturesque town of San Vito dei Normanni in Puglia, this villa offers a blend of modern comfort and rustic charm, surrounded by lush olive and fruit trees. You'll be welcomed to the villa with our private swimming pool, set amidst newly landscaped gardens. You will also be able to enjoy al fresco dining and lounging on the spacious veranda, equipped with a dining table and comfortable seating for those perfect evening gatherings.



The villa has three double bedrooms, two of which come with their own shower and sink, ensuring privacy and convenience with two modern bathrooms also available. Cook up a storm in the fully equipped, spacious kitchen, perfect for preparing meals for your friends and family. Adjoining the kitchen is the chicly decorated living area with fire stove, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring Puglia or enjoying villa vibes by the pool!



This villa also offers ample car parking space for multiple cars. It is also situated near popular tourist attractions such as Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica; you’ll have plenty to explore during your stay. Whether you’re looking to relax by the pool, enjoy the beautiful landscapes, or explore the charming nearby towns, our villa is the perfect base for your Italian getaway for unforgettable memories!

Please note that it's required a damage deposit of €250,00 at arrival, refundable within 7days from your check-out date.
