"The property was not clean: dirt and toys under a bed, dirty towel hanging up, old food in freezer, old coffee in coffeemaker. Advertised with use of pool and hot tub but we were told 10 days before the stay those weren’t accessible. There was no liners in the trash cans and no place to dispose of the trash outside. We were given 1 disposable coffee cup for 4 people, 6 nights. No other cups. No WiFi password upon arrival, had to request it. One of the TVs was difficult to get to work. ...

"We really enjoyed the house - it was a great fit for our family of 6! The pool area was very clean and we appreciated that life jackets and pool tools were available onsite for our kids. The host was VERY responsive and wonderful to work with! Definitely recommend for anyone who wants to stay in a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood and a house that has enough space to accommodate and entertain your family!"

"Fantastic happy hour with food, great breakfast buffet, property very well maintained. Friendly, welcoming staff. The only negative was room cleanliness - huge black hairs in tub that were hard to miss. Can’t believe they could have cleaned tub. "

"breakfast was excellent!! room was clean worth the money. The only problem is i booked for 3 person in a room with King bed and a sofa bed. I didn’t know we have to do it ourselves making the sofa bed ready and get the linen n pillow in their front desk. What an aweful service considering how much they charge for a room"

"Our stay was good. The bed was very firm and so were the pillows, but we slept well. The breakfast is your average continental breakfast. Our tv wasnt working, but we didnt need to watch it anyway. Its really the only hotel in Florence, so they keep the prices high, which is a shame."
