Casa Karine is an apartment located at the ground floor of a residence with swimming pool, where you can relax without any kind of disturb. It is located in a raised area just 1km from the lake, from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view.

In three minutes by car you can easily reach the lake shore and all the services you need (grocery store, bars, restaurants, pharmacy, bank).



You can choose whether to spend your holiday always exploring every corner of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains, or alternate it with days of complete relax, admiring the view of the lake from your little garden or by the swimming pool!



The accommodation has a complete kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and electric kettle; Furthermore, during the summer you can have lunch and dinner directly outside enjoying the view!



To complete the living area we find a comfortable sofa and a TV.



The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe for all your clothes.



The bathroom is very large and has a shower with glass enclosure, sink, toilet and bidet.



Upon your arrival you will find all the necessary linen for the beds and towels for the bathroom.



There is no private parking space but there are several condominium car parks just a few steps away, and a public car park less than 150 meters away.



To reach the apartment it is necessary to climb two flights of stairs.

We have introduced the self check-in, so you can arrive at the time you prefer and get in the apartment independently without any problems. the apartment will be available from 15.00. After booking will be explained to you the simple procedure for the online check-in and key collection, which you will find in a safe-deposit box next to the front door.



During the check-in will be required an amount of € 150,00 as a deposit. The bail will be fully refunded at the check-out, after a check to verify that the apartment has not been damaged.
