This is not a hotel, we were promised to be contacted one week before check in about its details, however, 3 days before check in nobody contacted us. for us, visiting from different country, in the season where no hotels were available, that was stressful enough. "Amazing locatuin. Room for improvement. Needs better bedding/pillows. Shams do not fit the pillows, and pillows are very stained. Thay being said, with the amazing location it didn't matter very much."

"This little attic apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk to the train station and right next to the Bellano ferry stop, as well as cafes and restaurants. There was plenty of hot water so great for showers. However, the beds were very uncomfortable. I slept on the pull out couch and there were bars under every conceivable pressure point on my body, while my cousin slept in the bedroom and said that it was also very uncomfortable. I think the couch would be fine for a small child, but...

"It was very clean and Roberta was very responsive . There were a lot of information in the unit about what to do in Bellagio . She was also very helpful with any questions we had. I loved a location . 20 minute walk to center so we weren't in the middle of the crowd. Also a very cute bar a minute away what one could have a late dinner and a very cute coffee shop steps away for an amazing coffee. I will definitely come to Roberta's place when I come back to Bellagio"
