ELECTRICITY CONSUMPTION:
The electricity is included in the rental up to 15 US/day and a higher consumption has to be paid on sight. We require a $20-50 USD cash deposit at arrival depending on the number of nights reserved.
The deposit is collected at check in and the electricity meter will be read at check-in and check out, If guests use less consumption during the stay, we will refund the difference.
This is the estimate of daily electricity consumption if the air conditioner is used at night.
