Wonderful swimming pool and jacuzzi available in the residential's central gardens from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Other things to note
Active reception from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. and 24/7 security.

Pool and Jacuzzi in common area available from 8 am to 8 pm.

It is possible, upon reservation at reception, to use the common barbecue available to the residential.
For its use, the administration will only ask for a contribution of 200RD $ (4 US$) and, after having used it, to leave the barbecue clean as they found it.

Our beloved guests are informed that the condominium rules dictate that it is forbidden to hang any tissues, towels, clothes and/or sheets to be dried in view of all, both in the common area and in the patios and private balconies.

Likewise, excessive use of horns is not allowed and as you like, never after 8 pm or unauthorized parties.

The administration has the power to impose a fine on the tenants who will not respect the rules and, in case the property receives fines, we will have to ask the guests who received it through Airbnb.
