Algumas coisas deixaram incomodados. O check in demorou além do normal. Ficamos uma hora e meia após o horário de check in aguardando liberar a propriedade. Alguns funcionários de mal humor. Faltava local a beira mar. Poucos guarda sol. Não voltarei nesse local.

This is a difficult hotel to evaluate. Separating the positive and negative points: - Positive: Wonderful ambiance, beautiful and welcoming facilities, multiple restaurants (especially if you buy the "Preferred Club" package); very calm beach, serene sea; all-inclusive system without wristbands and without access restrictions; good quality of drinks (in the Preferred Club area); 3 breakfast location options (for Preferred Club); various always heated pools; etc. - Negative: Service is lacking in the restaurants (frequent errors in order fulfillment, delays in table clearing, general lack of attention); food quality: although tasty and varied, it lacks sophistication for a hotel that labels itself as "unlimited luxury"; desserts, despite their fancy names, are very simple; the Pad Thai tastes like an Italian pasta with carrots, without any original taste or ingredient; the dessert cheese served in the French restaurant includes slices of mozzarella; in short, an attempt is made to maintain some sophistication in service, but the foods are not at the level of the hotel's proposal, although they are not bad. Comparing to the brand of the same network (Secrets), we have an inferior service in terms of food. About the beach: there is a "no chair reservation" rule, which states that after 45 minutes the belongings will be removed, but in practice this does not happen. Beach chairs with no one around, but with belongings on them. Very hard to find shade even in the Preferred Club.

Equipe fantástica em termos de simpatia e atenção. Porém o serviço é lento. Um minuto pode ser 30. Os aptos distantes que dependem dos carrinhos, a noite eles são raros e nunca chegam. O hotel no geral é ótimo.

This is really nice place. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff was fantastic ( thank you Erick). Loved the food variety int the buffet. Dined at the French restaurant and the food there needs a little help, but again great service.

The property is beautiful and well maintained by attentive staff in every role. Fantastic beach and sea. Great dining options with delicious food (especially at the World Cafe with incredible variety and freshness). Plenty of pool options, never too crowded. Good balance of fun (yoga on the pier, zumba in the pool or beach, wonderful dancers and a different show every night) and relaxation (no rowdy crowds). Our Deluxe Tropical View double bedroom was very spacious and bright, in a very quiet location. Our room coffee maker did not work and we brought it up but was not fixed (not a big deal as there is plenty of coffee available at the bars and at the cute Coco Cafe). When we checked in we were offered to purchase the Preferred Club access to extra space on the beach and 2 more restaurants but we declined. Also, right after check-in a Hyatt representative gave us coupons for spa and wine discounts and pushed for a breakfast presentation for the very next day, but again we declined. We appreciated the friendly staff and the commitment to the environment.

When we first arrived the check in process was not smooth at all. It took forever for check in. That would be the only negative I have about the resort. Everything else was phenomenal. Food was wonderful, staff were so accommodating and pleasant and the entertainment was excellent! We would definitely come back here again!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Dreams Dominicus! We have stayed at other all inclusive before but this one blew the others out of the water. While the hotel was at full capacity (we thought it was because it was March Break), you didn't feel that way. The restaurants had no line ups/sign ups like other all inclusive hotels; so there was no rushing for dinner to be able to get in. We also loved the lay out of the property; it was brilliantly designed. It gives leeway to the sense of so much space. Guests could feel like they practically had their pool for the day as there were many pools and conveniently in the middle of the low rise hotel buildings; steps away from almost any of the hotel rooms. We had a butler; Zoraida. She was wonderful. We aren't big drinkers or partiers so didn't have any extravagant requests, but we still loved having that service. Zoraida checked in daily with us and we always had a question or something she could help us with. She booked a couple dome beach beds and a Bali bed for us, helped us with beach chairs on the preferred side, found us books, she even brought my daughter a book from her home! Zoraida guided us on an excursion and booked our transfer ride back to the airport. Zoraida was super friendly, kind and knowledgable. Oh and I didn't even get to the beach part! We loved the beach! Clean, clear, turquoise water...gorgeous. We swam everyday. All in all, we thought we were done with all-inclusive resorts until we stayed here.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this Dreams hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt welcomed by the friendly staff. The check-in process was seamless, and they even accommodated my early arrival. The room itself was cozy and impeccably clean. The comfortable bed and fluffy pillows ensured a restful night’s sleep. I appreciated the attention to detail—the fresh flowers on the bedside table and the soothing color palette created a serene atmosphere. Breakfast at the hotel restaurant was a delightful experience. The spread included both continental and local dishes, and the coffee was exceptional. The view from the dining area overlooking the garden made each morning feel special. What truly stood out, though, was the personalized service. The staff remembered my name and went out of their way to make my stay memorable. Whether it was arranging transportation or recommending nearby attractions, they were always eager to assist. In summary, my stay at this hotel was a delightful blend of comfort, warmth, and exceptional service. I highly recommend it to fellow travelers seeking a peaceful retreat.

The property is really good for families with children, there are different pool and dining options. Animation team was excellent, “Fish” and “Pikachu” are super friendly.
