The property has a terrace by the entrance, perfect for breakfast or a coffee, and a bright living and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

A cot is available on prior request for an additional fee of €30 per stay. It includes a mattress, mattress protector and fitted sheet.

An external staircase leads up to the spacious private rooftop terrace, with a pool, outdoor bar, shower, sun loungers, parasol and a seating area with a pergola: a space to sunbathe, cool off, dine outdoors or enjoy a drink at the end of the day.

Everything you need for your stay

Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, ducted air conditioning, bed linen, towels and a full range of kitchenware. There is also a separate utility room with a washing machine, drying rack and iron.

You will have exclusive use of the entire property, including the terrace, rooftop terrace and pool, as well as private parking space no. 6, located next to the property.

In a quiet residential area of San Pedro del Pinatar, close to supermarkets, restaurants and local amenities. Just a few minutes from the beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean, as well as Las Salinas Regional Park.

The area offers walking and cycling routes, nearby golf courses and over 300 days of sunshine a year. It is also a great base for exploring Cartagena and the Costa Cálida.
